I am not pleased with the overall service I received on my visit. I am most displeased with my manicure. My shellac/no chip manicure did not last a full 48 hours. My wedding is in 5 days so I had to get a refund so I could go and get the manicure redone correctly. The woman who did my nails was very nice, friendly and professional however I expressed the color was not right with the first nail, she continued stating if I didn't like the color before the wedding to come back as well if I get any chips. I appreciate that but I do not have time to come back a third time in 2-3 days if it is not right again. That day I received a massage, facial and mani/pedi... honestly no part of my visit was relaxing, during my massage the woman made so much noise with the rocks in the metal pan I could not find peace. The facial was quick and left my face sore, the woman continuously exited the room so it was very had to relax then she took some type of instrument to my face (assuming to remove whiteheads/pimples) without a word. That hurt! You should advise a client or ask permission before doing something like that. My pedi was the best part and I enjoyed that which is why 2 stars instead of 1, I would not recommend to a friend or return for any reason. Something so important to the wedding should be perfect but it was a miserable day. read more

The pedi was like being herded thru an assembly line and it wasnt even that busy! Just perfunctory and not very spa-like. The nail tech was so disorganized, grabbing instruments here and there, that I was afraid she would use dirty ones used on someone else previously. Not very relaxing when you have to watch every move. I didnt feel the "welcome to our spa" vibe, just "get in/get out". Oh, and was told that I "have to get a full pedi next time" (not just the Express that I booked). Whaaaa??? I take good care of my own feet, they are NOT gross or dirty. Odd attitude from a nail tech. Probably wouldnt return, not even with the $10 off next service coupon. Didnt enjoy it one bit. read more

Had a 90 minutes massage from Colleen today and it was AMAZING! This is probably my 3rd or 4th massage from her and I can't rave enough about how great she is. Can't also candled my ears and needless to say, they needed it! If you haven't had this done, highly recommend it! read more

My wife and I have frequented Contours for years. She loves the salon services and we both enjoy a truly therapeutic massage. I had to write this review because of Nicole. She was my masseuse and this was one of the best experiences ever. I've had massages at the Four Seasons Spa in Chicago and the Bellagio Spa in Las Vegas and Nicole is on par with any of those professionals. My fiancé booked me a day for my birthday including a facial and massage. The massage was great but the room was not what you would want to see in a massage room. It was cold, no heating pad, you could hear everything outside the door. The lady did a good job so that's why I'm giving 2 stars. I then got a facial and it was seriously the worst facial I have ever gotten. She put a product on, and would leave for 5-10 minutes. Came back, put something else on that burned like heck, put the steamer on my face and left again! For about 10 minutes. She was super rough when scrubbing and wiping product off of my face. She told me she was using Q-tips to remove my black heads and it was the most painful experience. I have bruises on my nose and under my eye. She was super loud and it was not relaxing at all. No one should leave the room that often especially leaving a steamer on someone's face. Very unprofessional. It was horrible and I will never return or recommend anyone go there for services. read more
