For a week, I tried calling them, leaving voice mails, messages, texting them as they asked me to. They do not answer phones, they will not call you back, they do not want your business. Either that or they are no longer in business. And as the only Rainier dealer or service people in the area, I am screwed, since they don't do business with anyone. read more

We used this company ( which is now called Perimeter 7) to install faux wood shutters and blinds at our home. A representative came to our home to measure for them and told us we'd hear back with a price estimate. Several follow up calls later we finally received the merchandise. We give this company two stars because of their lack of communication at all levels. Phonecalls, emails and texts were not returned. Customer service needs improvement. read more

We just had Matt Baker come out and do blinds and shutters for our new build in Oakley. He did an amazing job - the install for both was quick and professional and they look so good. He is very responsive, super nice, easy to work with. Something that I really like about Matt is that he is really good at offering advice and suggestions while also making sure you have all the info to make your own decision. It felt like he offered us good suggestions but didn't push us in any one direction, which is exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with our new blinds and shutters! He recently helped me install the latest Norman Faux Wood blinds and Hunter Douglas Vertical Blinds for our patio doors and the results/service was fantastic. The only thing that could be improved is Norman's cordless blinds could be made a little narrower in width so that they more easily go up and down. Matt provided this feedback to Norman. Matt was great. Installed our shutter, blinds, and a roller shade for the back sliding door. Every trip to measure and install was quick and efficient. He has great customer service. The roller shade malfunctioned after about a month and he came out immediately to check it out. Couldn't get it back to work so he just took it down and sent it back under warranty. Pat is amazing!! He put in our hunter Douglas shutters about a year ago and he has been taking care of us ever since. If we had any issues he would come right over and take care of it. One of our shutters wouldn't close properly so he sent it back to Hunter Douglas and had it replaced in about a week. He knows what he's doing and he has the best price around. I had quotes that were more than twice what I paid Pat. Really good deal, excellent customer service, and great quality product. We also had a sliding door covered with shutters, looks amazing. He was patient through the process of choosing different shade material. He even went so far as to install on loan several different types of shades so we could pick the right level of privacy and opacity. He was 100 percent transparent, punctual, and professional. We recently completed our project with Contra Costa Blinds and we're extremely happy with the end product and the level of service we received.  Matt was outstanding from start to finish.  He was punctual, patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable as he helped guide us through all of the choices.   Matt is a perfectionist as he made sure all his measurements were precise. He took his time and made sure to answer any question we had. We received the bid less than 24 hours and it was laid our beautifully with each window and it measurements on the bid. Very detailed and not on scratch paper like the others we received. He was upfront about production time to delivery and install and it was a week earlier than he stated. For the level of service Matt provides, and the quantity of products you can choose from, his pricing is excellent! The installation couldn't have gone better. You wouldn't even know there was any work that went on in the house since they were so neat and clean. The end product exceeded our expectations! I originally used Pat in 2009 when we lived in Brentwood and he did an amazing job at a great price! I was so happy that when we just purchased our home in Livermore, I called him to do our blinds and shutters and once again, great prices and very helpful! He said he would call me to set up a time to come out and measure, etc. I have left 5 messages since and still have not heard back from him. This is so disappointing since I really liked them! If you can get a hold of him and get your products you will be very happy but for me, I will have to look elsewhere now. read more
