If you're looking for a company of excellence, integrity, professionalism and superior customer service, you need look no further. They always responded very quickly to my texts and phone calls, which I so appreciated. They make you feel like you not only matter, but like you're the only customer they have. Never once did I feel rushed. Tony and Sean are the BEST! They know their stuff. They took all the guess work out of picking window coverings for my home. They are such an absolute joy to work with. I needed to replace window coverings in three rooms and over my slider. They came into my home. Clearly figured out my style through listening and looking at what I already had. Then they got to work presenting me with options... giving suggestions and explaining the pros and cons of each items. Once I choose the blinds, they went right to work picking out the color that would best blend with what I already had. They were absolutely fascinating to watch. I felt like I was watching a reality show. These guys absolutely love ebay they do. They strive for absolute perfection. I was having a hard time deciding what kind of covering for he slider. They showed me several options not only in the books; but pictures from other jobs. When I asked if they had a show room, Tony told me that they did not. However, he had the same window coverings over his own slider at home that I was considering and I was welcome to come by and see them in person. That was a major help. I decided to go with them. They gave me a very fair price, measured everything perfectly, always called me a half hour before arriving at me request, we're always punctual, always had a smile on their faces, and always expressed customer satisfaction was their top priority. They were not just saying that. When my blinds arrived, they scheduled an instal. They put them up and I was thrilled. However, they were not. Their was a tiny spot I didn't even notice. They tried to clean it to perfection. When they could not, they informed me that was unacceptable. They were ordering me new ones. I could keep the old ones until the new ones came in. They are perfectionist. When the new ones came in they came out and installed them to perfection. I love all my blinds. I thought this was to be an update on my first review and I can't find it. I'll be horrified if I never sent it. Ugh. Update: After having my blinds for three months, I went to sit in my recliner and it did the strangest thing. It tipped back and ripped a little hole in my new blinds. I figured I'd just have to live with it. I threw up a quick prayer, and the Holy Spirit impressed on my heart to reach out to Catalog Blinds to see if they had any way of repairing it. Tony told me they did not. However, he had totally forgotten to send back my original order. I knew then that my God was looking out for me. They would come out and install my first order at no charge to me! Upon​ arriving they saw the tiny rip and thought it was so low and unnoticeable that it would be best to keep the ones with the rip.... as well as leave me the other blinds in case the rip got worse. They would then come back and reinstall the first ones at no cost to me in the future. They would eat the difference. They just wanted me to be happy. I've never seen any two people love their jobs so much and truly want their customers happy above all else. These two were true gifts from God to me. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ABOVE ALL OTHERS! The person they sent to do the build was very professional and did a great job on our windows. The window covering we got were quality products! Well worth the price. I called many companies, they either didn't have appointments available for several weeks or wouldn't have shutters and blinds available for 8 weeks or longer, plus the prices were more than I expected. I called Catalog Blinds, Tony and Shawn, the owners of Catalog Blinds came out the same afternoon, took my measurements, provided the options and quoted 4-5 week turnaround time, their prices and turnaround time were better than anyone and they only deal with the best products made in the USA, we picked Hunter Douglas shutters. I just got them delivered and installed on December 14th on a Sunday, in less than 4 weeks. We had 10 shutters and 5 blinds installed, they are beautiful. Isaac, the installer handled everything with care, made sure everything fit perfectly and made sure to be careful with all his tools and ladders so he wouldn't accidentally scuff up any of our floors and walls. Our home needed new shutters and shades. I request a price quote through Yelp and got received responses. A narrow down the finalist to schedule an appointment with. After the appointments with all of them, my final decision was Catalog Blinds. When Tony and Shawn came, they did a fantastic job explaining and demonstrating all of the different shutters and shades available. Also, they recommended what would look best in our home. They gave the best presentation and even provided a price quote on the appointment. Most other companies, did not provided a price quote right away which I had to wait a few days. I agreed to have them install the electric roller shades and shutters. You must provide half of the down payment and other half after installation. In about a month all of the items were received so they contacted me to schedule for the installation. I initially contacted them to get a quote for shutters at my home. They came over measured all my windows, showed me samples and options, and provided me 3 separate quotes (downstairs only, up & downstairs, and upstairs/downstairs/sliding door). During this process he was honest, provided great suggestions, and left it all up to me to decide after loading me with information. He kept all my window/quotes so when I was ready, he'd be ready too. As soon as we made our decision, I sent him a text, he sent us the route to make payment via text/online, and he made the orders the following day. ~4 weeks past, he texts me to schedule an installing date for downstairs only.
