After cutting out that area of dry wall and noted the problem, I got a couple of quotes. Friendly Fire Systems is very reliable. The boss Benito responds to text very quickly and answered all questions professionally. Scheduling was easy and uneventful. The technician, Rafael, arrived on time. He did the whole job by himself. The access box was too small and Benito was able to help him to locate a bigger one quickly and Rafael went to get it. They replaced the pipes with CPVC plastic pipes. They also replaced the valve and water pressure gauge. Rafael did everything in 1 day. The other impressive and important quality I like this company is the post-repair follow-up service. The new water pressure gauge connection was seeping out water with drops of water slowly. I texted Benito right away and he was able to have another technician, Miguel, to come to my house that same evening and it was Friday. Miguel arrived on time that evening and tightened the connection up. The slow leak persisted and noted the next day. I texted Benito regarding that the next day, Saturday. He again responded to the text immediately and offered to have Miguel to come to my house Monday early morning but afternoon worked better for me and he scheduled that afternoon for me. Miguel replaced the water pressure gauge and the metal connector as there's manufacturing defects causing the super slow leak at the connection. Afterwards, no more leak. Thank you Friendly Fire Systems and the boss Benito for being so reliable for the initial work AND more importantly, the follow-up care. Not that many companies nowadays are so reliable on follow-up customer service/care after they get the money for the initial service. Keep up the good work!!!

Many pros include Spanish immersion, delicious home-cooked meals and snacks, beautifully-curated indoor and outdoor areas, diverse group of children from all over CoCo County, thoughtful curriculum for all ages and developmental stages, and wonderfully engaging activities and monthly/seasonal themes. We also loved the various events throughout the year like the Holiday Pageant and the Halloween Parade and Trunk or Treat. Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care our children received from HLF from their opening in 2020 until 2023! Center is always clean, organized, and kid-focused. The staff are reliable and trustworthy. And I'll never forget the special graduation ceremony held for my post-COVID graduates :) My kids were ready for Kindergarten both academically and socially and they still treasure memories and friendships from their HLF days. Another bonus is they offer occasional Parents Night Out babysitting events that are open to currently enrolled kids and alumni. Only, very tiny cons include: They hold a very high tolerance for badly-behaved children, some of which become physically violent. My children told us stories of kids who would throw toys and push and hurt other children, but there seemed to be no reprocussion because the poorly-behaved children still attend the school. Also, my kids mentioned a few instances of being teased and seeing others teased by the owner's son and he didn't receive any discipline or redirection. Not deal-breakers by any means, but want to give a 100% honest review. Overall, would I recommend HLF? ABSOLUTELY and without hesitation.

Last time i went to the Antioch location, but this time went to the Concord one off Clayton Rd. I'm glad there are multiple locations to choose from to find the date/time available that work for me. Very easy to find the building. Each time so far has been an easy and pleasant experience, the simulation gives great feedback. You're going too fast too slow no recoil too much air. Not enough air. Too deep, not deep enough. Ridiculous. When I had one or two corrections got through it the computer started to spin and not giving my results and when I did, it was zero. There was no way it was zero when the computer corrected me twice it was all in the green. I do not advise anyone taking this class. I'd rather sit in the classroom all day and then do this again. My neck, arms and back are in pain I run every day 6 to 7 miles. I am a strong individual . CPR on a real person does not take this much strength. Now I must go and lie down with the heating pad first, I have to buy one. The one star is because I had to give it a star.
