I called and the receptionist told me my roof was still under warranty. YAYYYY!!! But then Jonny (owner) called back and said it wasn't, because it's only for 5 years and not transferable. I don't have the original contract in hand yet, but have requested from previous owners, and will verify if this is true or not. Super disappointing when people don't stand behind their work. Furthermore, He refused to come out at all, even to give me an estimate to repair the leak. He ignored all of my calls. As a real estate agent, I will NOT be recommending this company to my clients. I recommend RESCUE ROOFER out of Manteca, who replaced four faulty roof vents and sealed everything up, for a reasonable price. Tim performed the inspection/estimate, and the repair all in one day! When I am ready to build my ADU later this year, I will be reaching out to Rescue Roofer for my roof. For reference, their warranty is 15 years.

I have completed many construction and remodeling projects over the last 35 years and have worked…read morewith many contractors and construction companies.  Recently on my ADU project, I hired ONR Construction - The owner Victor has been the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.  This is the first time I have genuinely felt this satisfied with a construction company, the workers, and the overall experience from start to finish.  The work was great and we passed inspections seamlessly!!   In less than a month, the entire structure is up - not to mention this ADU is over 150' from the street, there is a lot of trenching.  Victor is incredibly organized, communicative, punctual, and professional. One of the things that impressed me the most was how well he planned and coordinated everything. He always had the next steps lined up ahead of time, scheduled people efficiently, and made sure there was no wasted time during construction. Because of how organized and proactive he is, the project moved forward very quickly and smoothly.  The crew and him were here from start to finish, NO disappearing for days in the middle of the project - this was the nightmare I heard from a lot of people building an ADU. I know Victor handles large commercial projects for major supermarkets and other companies in the area, but despite that, I never experienced any arrogance or ego from him or his crew. They were always humble, respectful, appreciative, and easy to work with. Whenever I bought lunch for the crew, they were genuinely grateful and always cleaned up after themselves afterward. The job site was consistently spotless -- not even a single water bottle was left behind.Communication throughout the project was excellent. Victor was always responsive, clear, and easy to reach, which made the entire process so much less stressful. The job site was also consistently clean and well managed, something that is very rare in construction.  There was no garbage everywhere, they cleaned up at the end of every day.  In the evening, I would receive an update email from Victor.   On top of that, Victor is very personable, humble, takes his time to explain and suggest things,  and is genuinely easy to work with.  After going through this process with ONR Construction, I actually feel confident that I could build another ADU in the future because I know exactly who to hire.
