I gave detail information on my Lease, which is a "Commercial Lease" The operator gave me an appointment for 9:30 am two Days after hour phone conversation. By the way,she was very pleasant. I took the Morning off from work to make it to my appointment. I have arrived 30 mnts earlier to my appointment . I was the only customer inside the office. I get called by the Paralegal 30 mnts later than my appointment time. As soon as the Paralegal start revising my paperwork she had in top of her Desk, regarding that my Lease was a "Commercial Lease" She stated to me that she have to consult to the Attorney, if they would be able to help me. I was like "I have spend over 2 1/2 hours answering questions on my Landlord/Tennant situation over the phone," "I been sitting here for over an hour to find out if I could been help."
