Very disappointed with customer service and follow through. Went to them for a simple deed transfer. I should have done it myself. It's taken months. Now it's been over 4 weeks since I notarized the document and left them with a blank check for the County Recorders office. The check has not been cashed. They will not tell me the date the document was dropped off at the Recorders office. They will not call me back, after promises to do so and several messages left. very very dissatisfied I've missed 2 court dates because of there lack of help I'm affraid the judge will dismiss the case which I paid for 2 1/2 years ago it should not be this hard to get to court for conservership and I have used this same office and same people (Nancy and Perla) giving them a 2nd chance, the court and other side attorney is questioning who and what company is helping me, because they are not doing a good job even the supervisor wouldn't call me back just emailed me wrong info. Zero stars. They don't complete you paperwork or filings within the time frame they tell you. Nor they give you a reason for their delays. It was almost 3 months that I paid them to file my paperwork and they have not completed the service nor do they provided me a response nor update. Don't waste your money!!! They have stressed me more then the actual case. And please beware the if you paid them to file for you, they don't tell you they will mail it and they take weeks to get it done. Also when they did file it, it was rejected because they did mistakes and they never even notified me. I had to contact Jennifer, the operations manager to finally resolve that issue, but now, it's been almost 3 weeks they have file it and they won't give me my documents to serve the other party because Nancy said they were not ready. I have emailed Jennifer again for answers. Again, the worst service imaginable. read more

This place is a huge F**** joke! I asked for help regarding custody for my kids. I'm moving out of state and the father of my children is an agreement with everything . When I explained the situation the ladies told me they understand everything and started saying all these orders. I'm not a attorney or deal with anything regarding a court document so I thought they knew what they are talk about. As I take my documents which they said were ready I realized they are changing things for only temporary orders. I didn't have a good time getting everything done with them. I was so mad that they just kept saying if you pay this we can have it ready asap. If you pay more here. They just want the freaking money I should have read these reviews before hand. Unfortunately, I don't have good things to say about We The People. The service we required was A legal change in the last name of a child. Although the gals at the office or nice, they are either overworked and underpaid or they do not actually have the experience in legal matters. The initial paperwork is easy to get going however, it's the follow up where they are not very thorough. Just to sum it all up for something so simple as a name change it was required to appear in court three times before the paperwork was done correctly and that was only because the court advised us what we needed to do to complete the legal name change. We The People, of course blamed it on the court, however, what the court told us was incomplete made sense. There were a minimum of 3 other families there for the same thing and all their paperwork went smoothly. One gal even said, she did it herself! We The People is expensive, which is ok to pay, but at least get it right. I felt as if I did more of their work for them, then they did! read more

I went in for probate help they took 2 months to file the initial paperwork a lot of back and forth and in the end the whole process which cost me $1500 they didn't even do the final paperwork I did it myself what a waste of 7 months and so much money do not go to them they are not responsive and don't care about the people they are helping read more
