RV 1 had a lot of issues- the carbon monoxide detector and generator wasn't working properly. A lot of the plugs didn't work either. RV 2 didn't have as much problems, but they gave us a scare. They close at 5pm and when we got there at 4:40pm, the whole place was empty and no one answered the phone. Finally around 5:15pm, they came back and said they were cleaning it up. The refrigerator was also not working properly and we spent some time fixing that. I suggest arriving early to check your RV.

The streaming ran off my cellphone hotspot and had great service all weekend (thanks Verizon). Another bonus was Nika was at the festival so if you needed help with anything she was there for you. When I called to report the issue, the best they could do was to suggest I either use duct tape, or purchase a new hose. When I called ahead prior to drop off to explain why I would be bringing back an RV with full tanks, the customer service rep hurried me off the phone saying, "if there's proof of the crack, they shouldn't charge you for full tanks". No one asked about how dumping sewage with a cracked hose affected my trip, or about how not being able to dump again during a week long rental affected my family. Overall a very negative customer experience, that could have been avoided.

I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.
