Everything you need to have a great time we had the Mercedes Winnebago Jay class which was unbelievably powerful and quiet along with generator power, star link for our Wi-Fi, heat air conditioning. Everything was included. Silverware cooking utensils, bedding, pillows, awning in pop out dining area. It was incredible. The even included outdoor chairs and tables. LED lighting and Bluetooth capable outdoor speakers! It was a wonderful time. And even more wonderful was the professional and personable experience with the associates I dealt with during my RV rental. Family owned and dedicated to making every step of renting a high quality capable RV a simple process. Absolutely the nicest people I've ever dealt with. The rv was clean, and ran like a champ. The AC was strong all weekend and helped us during the 100 degree heat. It had everything you would need for a festival weekend: from pots and pans, full gas and LP tanks, chairs, rugs, and even came with two tv's and bluetooth sound system through out the rv inside and out. This is our 2nd time renting an RV from Chill RV. This time we rented the Winnebago Navion model D which is a newer model and we were absolutely happy with our choice. With the bigger slide outs it was much more roomy in the cabin and with the solar power really helps with keeping the appliances running and the generator off late at night since the solar power keeps the house batteries charged up. I rented a 25ft Model J Class C RV to take my 2 kids and I to the Grand Canyon for a few days, and everything worked out great! Everything functioned in the RV as advertised, and there were no issues that interrupted our drive or experience. The RV had 3 beds that were about full size each, but the kids primarily used the one in the back. We were able to connect their Playstation to the TV which made the kids (and I) especially happy. The RV did get warm from time to time considering we drove during a warm spell, so we just cooled it down with the generator before we started driving and then turned it off and used the main cabin vehicle AC to keep it cool so we didn't used much propane. The bathroom worked great, and the vents/ fans kept the bathroom and coach smelling normal. One of the very convenient amenities was having on-board WiFi which allowed the kids to have all the entertainment options they're normally used to at home. Also, Jane was great in giving me, a first-time RV driver/user, a thorough introduction to all the features and functionality of the RV. There are convenient QR codes throughout the RV that provide instructions on how to use everything. Well thought out. If I were to ask for any "nice to haves", I'd say maybe a little more engine power. The RV seems to be most comfortable between 60 and 70 mph, and you just have to be mindful during uphill climbs. Overall, it was a great experience that was relaxing and stress free for my kids, which is stress free for me. I'd recommend to friends or family. The best aspect of chill rv rental is the communication from the very start. As a first timer with RVS, I had many (stupid) questions, and every time picked up the phone (which was many), I was met with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm when answering all the questions I had. The site is also pretty organized with all the information you need. We got the model J Mercedes Winnebago and it was pretty spacious and comfy. If anything, a bit too big for where we were going and the longevity but there's a first time for everything, now we know, and if you're a person who wants to be comfortable, then an RV that sleeps 4 or 5 is enough space for you. Plus it extends out to be extra spacious. Minor inconveniences were a frozen screen for the radio and the seatbelt noise alarm would always ring even though everyone was buckled in but we also had a deadline time to meet to our destination so we couldn't pull over and restart the car which is the #1 solution to reboot anything that pops up in the rv. I rented this rv for an ultramarathon where the location was dry camping (no electric hook ups) and it was 3 days 2 nights so we had enough LP for the generator. Be mindful though that we also didn't need to use as much amenities sonif you're going constantly use either the stove or microwave or AC, electric hook up's is the way to go or a buy an extra generator. During the trip, they answered my questions and reaching out to them was easy. All the videos they send you weeks before your tip are god send and the tutorial when they arrive with the rv is as well, though PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND THEY DO TOO, TO WATCH ALL VIDEOS BEFOREHAND. Our person who gave us the tutorial was lightning fast with it but even if you get someone who takes their time, it's extremely confusing if you don't know how an RV function. I made a google doc with all the notes from the videos and I STILL had questions so, please watch and rewatch all the videos. If anyone needs that google doc emailed lol I can share it! Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Little background about me, I used to be a waiter and now I work in event production. Hospitality, generosity and respect are very important to me when it comes to anything service related. That being said this was my first time renting an RV from anywhere. It was my partner and I's anniversary and we decided to go with chill RV after a Quick Look at their site. I called them and was immediately met with a REAL person. Not sure if it was Suzanne or not but either way the person on the phone was extremely helpful with the pricing, answered every question upfront and we booked the RV the day we had the call. From that point we had the RV delivered by Jane who is such a friendly person! Everyone at this company seems to have a real enjoyment for the outdoors and it adds so much ease to dealing with such a big rental. Jane walked us through the controls of the entire vehicle and made sure we understood what was to be expected with our trip.(we didn't have any power,water or sewage hookups at campsite). There was even an iPad with instructional videos on how to operate the controls but on the day of the delivery we had also gotten another cell number just in case we ran into any issues. Every bit of this process felt safe and easy. I wish I had taken photos of the interior of the RV because it was so clean and at no point did I question the cleanliness or the usability of the vehicle. Drop off was also very easy they give you two location options and as long as you let them know what time you are making it back and I mean precisely then you'll have no problems! Nika was the third person we met and she did a thorough inspection and genuinely cared about how our trip went. She was kind and friendly.
