Some had just come back from Burning Man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before our trip to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We arrive at our pickup time of noon & during the walk through we find out the carpet wasn't shampooed as promised as there were stains. We take a ton of pictures as evidence so they don't say we caused the stains. We noticed one of the living room windows didn't have a privacy curtain, we said we needed that. Their solution was to tape a padded aluminum square over the window, essentially losing the use of light & air from 1 of the 2 main windows in the main living area. Then we wanted to check to make sure all the slide outs were working properly before taking possession but the bedroom slide out wouldn't slide back in. Maintenance was called & after more than an hour of fidgeting with the slide, it finally slid back in but I was already not happy or confident in the condition of the RV. We drive the RV back home to load up & had to top off the gas tank as it wasn't full. Once we got home, we opened the slides to start loading & find out it won't slide back in again. Now it's 4 pm & & we have to call them back. They said to bring it back & they will fix it. Now we have to unload stuff we had started to load so we can take it back, in case it isn't fixable. Ugh! Our husbands drive the RV back & maintenance tries to fix it but couldn't so a part was ordered. We asked if there was a different RV, because now we have zero confidence the RV will work properly. They said they didn't have a similar one to exchange. We waited 1.5 hrs for the part to be delivered but that didn't fix the issue with the slide. Now they said they had another RV & it was slightly bigger. Ughhhh, now we are several hours behind schedule due to the issues with the 1st RV. By the time we get the replacement RV back home, it's past 7pm & dark out & impossible to take good pictures of the condition of the outside of the 2nd RV for any existing issues or damage. Ughhhh When we finally finished loading everything, it is well past 1am & we are exhausted from the extremely long day. We had to delay our departure to Sequoia the next morning so we can get enough sleep for the long drive. This caused us to arrive to the RV park late in the evening & hookup in the dark, which we didn't want to do. When we took our first turn, the contents of the refrigerator fell out when the doors flung opened. It was a residential fridge, not an RV fridge with locking closures. That's when we noticed there were hooks on the side of the fridge. Luckily we had some bungee cords that we used to keep the fridge doors shut using the hooks, when we were driving. It would've been nice if ShareMyCoach warned us or provided straps. They also tried to tell us we dented the fridge when we didn't. The audacity, considering all the issues we had with the 1st & replacement RV!! The main living room heater worked the 1st night but stopped working after that. We had to crank up the heater in the back bedroom & keep the bedroom door ajar so our friends sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room could get some warmth at night. Then there was a steady & annoying beep coming from the microwave every 5 mins & we couldn't figure how to stop it, even though our husbands are handy. We had to call their maintenance but he didn't get back to us until the next day. Told us to reset the inverter but the beeping came back whenever we were hooked up to power. We also rented 2 e-bikes from them & on the day of pickup, 1 of the bikes we were going to rent had a flat tire. And the batteries were old & could not hold a full charge to go more than 5 miles, even though we kept them charged for 2 days. What a rip off for charging $30 a day for each e-bike!! When we complained they apologized but didn't give us credit. Do not do business with them!

I should have insisted prior to making that deposit. There is nothing of the sort. He is plain and simply evading responsibility. If he has such it is definitely fraud. I'm writing this review in hopes that another family will not be taken advantage of. I applied to purchase a trailer from Westland Campers on July 27th. On July 29th I spoke with a man named Sean. He advised that I was approved for a 2018 Wildwood Xtreme Lite. There would be $2000 down, and $700 per month for 60 months. I was pretty excited to have a new trailer for our annual camping trip! He sent photos, answered my questions, and assured me that the tires, roof and trailer were in great shape. Unfortunately, he said he was leaving for vacation, then needed a day to go through the trailer and get it ready for the sale when he returned, so we wouldn't be able to pick up the trailer until 8/4. Additionally, I was told he'd need the $2k right away via Zelle to hold it. I didn't feel comfortable with that arrangement, so he agreed to hold it if I'd send $500 immediately via Zelle, and the rest at pick up on the 4th, so I did do $500. We went ahead and postponed our trip from the 1st to the 4th. We had everything laid out at home ready to load our new-to-us trailer, got the trailer insured, and planned to pick up the trailer & head out! Sean wasn't sure what the hitch size we needed was, so we brought a reversible ball, and figured we'd have to stop for a load-leveling sway hitch once we knew the type we needed. Upon arrival at Westland Campers in Pomona, we excitedly went to check out the trailer. The first thing we noticed was that all 4 tires were completely cracked and chewed up. Sean had assured me the tires were fine. When we pointed this out, he said we could take the trailer to his tire person a few miles away for new tires. I feel that he should have checked the tires before answering that they were in good shape. Next, we noticed that there was no mattress on the queen bed. I don't mind that, but it adds an extra layer of work needed prior to using the trailer. He didn't tell me about that. Third, the trailer was filthy. There were handprints, dirt, stains, and rodent feces in some drawers. This trailer would require a full day of hard cleaning, as well as the time needed to get the tires replaced to be usable. On the outside, the awning had multiple tears. Several of the plastic latches & light covers were missing or broken. He said he'd order replacements and send them to us, but again, this should have been done prior to delivery in my opinion. After weighing the amount of work and time, expense, and not having a proper hitch configuration, we decided not to move forward with the purchase. After much back and forth discussion with Sean, he declined to refund the good-faith deposit, or even apologize for the misrepresentation of the trailer's condition. I initially wrote this review on Tuesday evening. Sean repeatedly text me with threats and rude comments, saying I was lying, and insisting I remove my review. Finally, I just deleted it. It was stressing me out and I was trying to enjoy what was left of my time off work. But I've decided I will not succumb to blackmail. I went back through the dates, messages and conversations. Everything I am saying is the complete truth and I double checked prior to rewriting this review. I am not trying to "ruin his reputation", I simply want potential customers to be careful and trust your gut when dealing with Westland Campers.

There are also a few man-made obstacle courses for dirt bikes, ATV and other off road vehicles. The overall difficulty for off-roading is 3/10 with the main course being really wide. But if you are adventurous and want to go through the smaller trails, you do so knowing the risks. Advanced-ticketing is required on their official website. Currently it's open weekends only between 8:00 to 4:30. It's Sep 2026 when we went and it rained a week ago. There is plenty of water, mud, and hills to explore. But there is construction going on which has cut off access to a large portion of what used to be the main course. Still fun! Hope they get the construction done soon!

Very peaceful and relaxing area of the mountains…read more First time visitors as we are here with a group of 18 family and friends. It is a well kept area, clean and quiet dispute all the critters walking around our tent last night including two hollowing ??? About fifty feet away. This is nature after all. Not a big deal to some but for someone that has not camped in over 30 years, I was wide awake most of the night and now, I need a short nap to recharge. Fully recharged after my nap and I am ready to enjoy the this outing once again. We visited this camp ground with a group of eighteen in all and we had a BLAST! We had camp sites 5, 6, 7 and 8. We all had 6-person tents yet had enough room for twenty-tents as our areas combined were HUGE! We played games, bonfires, ate together, used cots, went hiking, visited a public playground less than one mile away and used a zip line, played volleyball and had a picturesque view of Lake Arrowhead. There is also a hospital w/ emergency services directly in front of our camp ground entrance if such services were ever needed. I can definitely see us returning in the near future but for now, the memories we created will stay with us forever.

Incidentally, when we arrived to check-in, we were greated by a delightful Dennis! He was a wealth of knowledge. He rakes each site before the next person comes. Aside from making it clean for the next person...he picks up all tiny trash and food bits we toss around and dont make it into the fire pit. He cleans all of this up which prevents "visitors" while were sleeping. Yes, visitors. Were in nature but it belongs to squirrels, mice, snakes, bears, coyotes and mountain lions. So we took note and did a full look for any bits we left behind so Dennis could just rake and not worry about out food and trash. He's a great guy and youll hear his cart going around checking on things. He is actually security, housekeeping, front desk, greeter, janitor, grounds keeper, friendly neighbor, game warden for the little camp ground, so be respectful bc he lives where he works. If you hate the thought of snakes and bears, stay some place like a city KOA. This area is lush with trees and full of dry brush...(snakes like the brush!) Also bugs werent an issue whatso ever!....we sprayed ourselves with OFF and were fine. Kept tent zipped up in case of critters. We did not see any snakes or bears. Upon departure we saw a coyote in the morning near the entrance doing his own thing. Upon arrival check in with the Delightful Dennis, your camp host. Follow his directions to a T and youll be fine. I keep a bear bell, air horn and utility knife for protection in my tent. No swimming or showers at camp ground... Swim at Lake Gregory!!!- Arrowhead is a no swim lake.

The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. The park itself is very well kept and the bathrooms are tidy and clean. The pool area was great for the kids and our youngest (3 yrs old) could ride his bike all over the place and there was no worries about his safety doing so. They allow dogs, but you would not know that because it is really clean and everyone cleans up after their pets. The front rec room is cool because you can hang out, borrow a book, watch TV or rent a DVD from their collection. The only issue was the wifi was down most of the time we were there, which was a bummer This is a great place to stay and we look forward to staying here again in January for the next tournament Riverside hosts.

This campsite cost $20 per night and has toilets that drop into the ground and a spigot for water…read more You'll need to bring everything else for your comfort and truck out your trash. It's about 45 minutes from the bottom of the hill off Sierra Madre Ave and San Gabriel Canyon rd. No cellphone service a mile from that intersection going north into the canyon. If you're going in two or more cars you should bring walkie talkies and that'll be useful when you look for a campsite if it's packed or all sites are taken. Drive around separately to locate a site for yourself. Some sites allow for single car usage and others allowed for three or more cars. The car that pays for the campsite doesn't need to buy the adventure pass but those additional cars do and it's $5 per day. As soon as you find a site. Park your vehicle there and trek over to the ranger station and tell them the Loop your on and the campsite # your at and pay the fee. They'll give you a piece of paper you attach to your site number so when the ranger comes by to verify they'll know you paid. They have trails to Crystal lake and around the campsite. Bring plenty of drinkable water especially during the summer months. Most campsites have shade but some do not. There are roughly 125 campsites in all. You can just go there for the day but you'll still need an adventure pass to park in the parking lot. The actual lake as of summer 2025 is low and not safe to swim in but you can fish and you'll need a fishing license to do that. You don't need a 4x4 vehicle to go up to the campsite as the roads are all paved. Come and check this campground out in your next adventure to your local mountains!
