I tried it the exact same way for twenty minutes. Goes to show you gotta hold your mouth right! The price is unbeatable. In the rain. I was so enthused I totally forgot to get a special key copied for my truckbox as Lowes could not do one. Cheers!

Since he decided to have my 100% true review removed i will just happily repost it here to make…read moresure everyone still can see. final update: i took him my receipt from toyota showing that it was a programming issue, proceeded to tell me that even with proof from toyota that its the cars fault not theirs, which now works perfectly after programming! He told me that the way toyota did it they dont even have the ability to do (like i originally said). Still no refund even though he said if i did this, attached and highlighted in the review, i would get a refund. unfortunately will be taking them to small claims court and making my report to the AG office. since we are using petty google quotes and before he tries to say oh your re seed means the car had issues just see attached.... Scammed me on a Toyota key, ordered on a Friday came in Wednesday. Went to get it programmed and they failed to program any functions but the ability to start the car with it in ignition. Push start functions not working, lock unlock not working, and panic button not working. They couldn't say if the car or key was at fault just that they would have to get with the manufacturer for a potential warranty. Which I was then told there wouldn't be a guarantee that the manufacture would honor, which I'm taking as I will be left with a key as useless as the one I'm trying to replace. (The buttons have worn completely off the cars original key not allowing it to lock and unlock with the fob hence why their key is useless) I asked for my money back which I was told there is no refund for special orders and we have to go through the warranty process. I understand this however, I expect my product to work when it comes in, the person to have the knowledge of what's going on with the product, and the guarantee that I know I will have an issue resolved. There is 0 guarantee and I have become extremely un easy that they will even be able to program on the 2nd attempt. It also didn't help that the guy helping me didn't even know how to change the battery in the key. I had to show him!! This really didn't help with the confidence that they could actually do this. I explained I would rather take my money to the dealership where they can order the key in a timely manner, program it properly, and if there is any issues inform me of how it needs to be corrected. This way I'm not stuck in a loop of waiting for keys to maybe work over who knows how long. I was told I'm entitled to my opinion and that nothing can be done and they will attempt to start the process for warranty. The situation could have been as simple as "Sorry we weren't able to get this key to work and we are unsure why. We can go through the warranty process that usually takes X amount of time or provide you a refund." Sadly it did not and here we are. It is not the customers responsibility to cover the cost of faulty items between you and your vendors. Once again I understand no refunds but no refunds on defective items??? Yeah that's a joke. Update to respond: I can't believe they came back and blatantly call a customer a liar this is absolutely atrocious customer service at no point did they blame the cars immobilizer system. They told me "we are not mechanics" we do not know what the issue is and have no way to tell. Hence why I wanted my money back. They ordered the key replacement "warranty" as a shot in the dark that the key itself was defective AT NO POINT WAS ANYTHING EVER MENTIONED ABOUT THE CAR HAVING ISSUES. Infact I have full scans from prior to when they touched the car and I have the scan 15 mins after I left showing that it failed to program. The only immobilizer fault present in the car is MISMATCHED KEY CODING because they FAILED to code the key. Oh that personal phone call he instantly attacked me for my review and basically screamed at me the majority of the call. And yes the key I have for the car none of the buttons work and the smart function doesn't work. Because like I said the buttons are missing and damaged so they can't show that the cars the issue, the existing key was also missing the battery and I told them that as well. However it's smart functions did not work because it is damaged.

We got lucky when we called Five Star. They are available in Branson, even though located in Nixa! We sent him pictures to size up the problem installation of a replacement lock so he could have right tools, etc. He requested a few more pictures, so we knew he genuinely was giving us customer service. Bottomline, lock is installed and our place is secure. If anyone needs locksmith service, call Five Star Lock & Safe.

I called him when we landed, my wife so frustrated with the lack of costumer service so I called to. Explain why it was important and that we were only a few min away... My wife and I purchased a Liberty safe from Stronghold in April 2019. At the time of purchase the…read moresalesman told us they could install it, including anchoring it down. The salesman asked what kind of floor we had and I explained the construction and told him because of this it would be necessary to anchor the safe by bolting it through the entire floor. The salesman never indicated a problem with this (wanting to make the sale, I'm sure). Upon delivery the company Stronghold uses delivered the safe and said Stronghold would anchor the safe and install the dehumidifier. I made contact with the salesman at Stronghold who set a date for them to anchor the safe and then said they couldn't anchor the safe like I was requesting. The salesman said Liberty Safe didn't approve of that anchoring technique. I then spoke to the General Manager at Stronghold who told me they didn't do installs to include anchoring. I called Liberty Safe and explained the entire anchoring process I wanted done. The technical representative told me that given my particular set up, the way I was requesting sounded very good and he "liked" that idea. He told me Liberty Safe didn't have any issue with the way I wanted to anchor their safe because it didn't alter the safe in any way. The company Stronghold uses for installs called me after the business day and told me they would not anchor the safe as I wanted because it could cause the damage to the floor. I explained the entire process and told them the possibility of damaging the floor was actually reduced overall by doing it the way I was requesting. The company rep then said Liberty Safe didn't authorize that type of anchoring. I told them Liberty Safe had already told me it was ok. The company rep then told me they wouldn't do it because they didn't have the tools to do it that way. (A drill with a concrete bit?) They had already stated they intended to drill into the concrete floor. Bottom line is Stronghold lied to me from the beginning. My safe is not anchored and won't be until I do it myself. My safe's dehumidifier hasn't been installed either. I will never do business with Stronghold again. I will tell everyone I know that they area a rip off business.
