My wife and I purchased a Liberty safe from Stronghold in April 2019. At the time of purchase the…read moresalesman told us they could install it, including anchoring it down. The salesman asked what kind of floor we had and I explained the construction and told him because of this it would be necessary to anchor the safe by bolting it through the entire floor. The salesman never indicated a problem with this (wanting to make the sale, I'm sure). Upon delivery the company Stronghold uses delivered the safe and said Stronghold would anchor the safe and install the dehumidifier. I made contact with the salesman at Stronghold who set a date for them to anchor the safe and then said they couldn't anchor the safe like I was requesting. The salesman said Liberty Safe didn't approve of that anchoring technique. I then spoke to the General Manager at Stronghold who told me they didn't do installs to include anchoring. I called Liberty Safe and explained the entire anchoring process I wanted done. The technical representative told me that given my particular set up, the way I was requesting sounded very good and he "liked" that idea. He told me Liberty Safe didn't have any issue with the way I wanted to anchor their safe because it didn't alter the safe in any way. The company Stronghold uses for installs called me after the business day and told me they would not anchor the safe as I wanted because it could cause the damage to the floor. I explained the entire process and told them the possibility of damaging the floor was actually reduced overall by doing it the way I was requesting. The company rep then said Liberty Safe didn't authorize that type of anchoring. I told them Liberty Safe had already told me it was ok. The company rep then told me they wouldn't do it because they didn't have the tools to do it that way. (A drill with a concrete bit?) They had already stated they intended to drill into the concrete floor. Bottom line is Stronghold lied to me from the beginning. My safe is not anchored and won't be until I do it myself. My safe's dehumidifier hasn't been installed either. I will never do business with Stronghold again. I will tell everyone I know that they area a rip off business.

Then Saturday, NOT DONE! Finally got an email 2 1/2 weeks after the first contact saying they couldn't do it! Terrible communication since I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE times only to get no response. Avoid this company! There are far more reputable, and dependable, locksmiths out there.

She thinks she's better than everyone and she can't be inconvenienced by anything. Both times I had very simple needs. They messed up both of them. In fact the most recent trip in they broke the locks that I brought them, and didn't even called to tell me. They were just hoping I would never show back up. They told me they had ordered keys for me the time before. When I arrived, she admitted they never ordered them. Even though I called twice to ask if the keys were in and she rudely said I told you I would call when they arrived. Not only was she rude, she lied. I absolutely HATE the self checkouts there is 5 people standing around self checkouts when they could be opening up some lines to keep the flow moving. I just won't use them if I have to shop there I would rather stay in line they mess with the checkouts. Walmart keeps saying they are going to remove them and never do. I appreciated it when there was speedy checkout lanes as well as other lanes. There was a checker at each checkout line too when it was busy. Now they have a few lanes and only a few are open. While the employees are paid to stand around taljing to one another. Used to have a subway and hair salon in there. Both are closed for no apparent reason. Subway was really good you could sit there and people watch but can't do that anymore. Can't get a sandwich when you get done shopping. Ozark Walmart used to have a beautiful tiled floor and they tore it all up for absolutely no reason exposing the ugly gray concrete underneath it like the getto Springfield Walmarts. It's not open 24 hours anymore. I used to be able to go there anytime I needed. If I didn't want to deal with the crowds I could go there at 2 AM if I wanted to. Absolutely no reason for that we aren't in ghetto Springfield where people steal. if someone does steal it's easy to hire security and call law enforcement like they used to. Ozark Walmart used to be a happy place. but it's absolutely terrible. Sam Walton was a great manager and it was a million times better under her leadership. Now it SUCKS!
