They have no problem ignoring you and even giggle about it and talk trash about you while talking trash about their co-workers. If you ask them for help they tend to get fussy. I've seen this happen many times at THIS LOCATION and it's happened to me too. This was at night too and I've noticed that this location, particularly at night, has very rude employees. At the ending of the day it is a gas station and I'm there to get what I need and be on my way. Their food is great, I must say. The fried chicken and potato wedges--or even bentos is a MUST when stopping there. ***I was just there last night, 7/14/26 and there were 2 employees on the floor talking smack about one of their co-workers. I grabbed what I needed and waited at the register. The employee was standing about 6 feet away from me making drum noises on a pile of boxes and I asked her if anyone was at the register. She said "Yeah, SHE IS" and pointed to the other employee pulling trash from the hot food area. There was also another customer standing behind me waiting to check-out. The drumming of boxes continued too from the other employee.*** If you don't need to go there, go to the next gas station. They are my "emergency only" gas station and when on empty I'll put in $10 (when I actually need $85-$100) and fill up at the next gas station that deserves the business. 5 stars for food and 1 for customer service.

The chicken katsu plate with two huge scoops of rice and a big scoop of that mac salad. It was the same fried chicke in bite size pieces and teriyake sauce to pour over top. Sweet Mother of Mercy everything was ono to the MAX. I highly recommend this Minit Stop for a meal.

Eek is right! I would not want to do business with them ever again. Employees were rude and obnoxious to their customer. Their cashier who was not working today treated me with disrespect she told me "Aunty I don't work today!" Wow I am the same age as her and she called me "Aunty" She displayed unprofessionalism and disrespect toward their customers. When I confronted the owner son he did not respond but his sister the owners daughter came out from the store and put her hand on her hips and confronted me instead as I began to telll both of them that their employee did to me. Nikki told me "We call people Aunty as a sign for respect!" Wow isn't it used to show customers disrespect . Stay away Nikki she is a big bully. Who has no problems confronting their customers and will make a big scene in front of their custoners read more

Located right on the highway in Honoka'a, Convenience Plus is always a great place to stop at. They always have the best gas prices, and tons of different types of food. They're constantly changing things up and making new meals or desserts and you never know what to expect. The employees are also very helpful and nice, often willing to spark up a conversation just to "talk story" Since it's the only gas station on the highway for a while, it's always a good idea to stop there, grab some food and gas... and if needed take a bathroom break. They consistently seem to have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever been to, and they're very nice. read more

This place is amazing! If you're hungry or need to use the bathroom, they're the best. All their baked goods are fresh and home made. If you have a sweet tooth all of their stuff is to die for! It's also open pretty late (10 on week nights and 11 on weekends) so if you have a midnight craving or emergency they probably have something to help you out! read more
