Now I'm back on hold with the nurses hotline trying to get it sent somewhere else because she needs it. I've been wanting to switch pharmacies for awhile and this just seals the deal. I use the drive through and half the time it is closed, forcing customers to go inside. When it is open, drive thru customers are usually the last taken care of. Sorry I have sick kids that I don't want to drag into the store filled with other sick people. But to have a pharmacy closed all day on a Saturday is just ridiculous.

Great that you have a fancy checkout machine that scans all your items, but it has gotten scans wrong, and what if I need to buy lotto tickets or tobacco or alcohol? STAFF YOUR STORE. Or find another way to do whatever that person is doing on a computer on the floor. Stood at the front counter for a few minutes waiting. Left without buying anything.

Immediately after I began using CVS I noticed the customer service was lacking, and they were almost always out of some key products I use regularly. In addition, they stopped stocking Arizona Ice Tea RX Energy products, which I purchased regularly and when I inquired about it, they said it was a corporate decision due to the sugar content. I said that was funny, as they continued to stock multitude of other drinks and products that contained sugar. I use CVS for my prescriptions now only, and then immediately go across the street to Walgreens to purchase all the rest of my needs, including the Arizona products. It makes absolutely no sense to spend money to attract customers into your store, and have them have to go elsewhere for their purchasing needs. If there is a more poorly managed store, I cannot imagine it.

When I passed the cashier station, several minutes later, they were still waiting with no assistance. I found an associate, the woman with and red hair and thick rimmed glasses, and politely told her that there were people waiting as she scrolled through her cell phone in the middle of an aisle. She angrily walked up to the cashier station, picked up the sign that reads 'please ring bell for service', and the customer's product, and slammed them down on the counter, and then put the bell right in front of it. She went behind the cashier station and sarcastically asked them "can I help you?" I put my product on the closest shelf where it didn't even belong and called her ignorant and walked out. I went across the street to Walgreens where there is always a cashier available and they are always nice. I will never go back to this CVS again.

Perfect I get there- 'no we're out of Reubens, just sold my last one' Also, we don't sell Italian sub, no gyro. All they had was chicken. As I'm leaving he mumbles something about we have corned beef. Wait- how can you be out of Reubens if you have corned beef? This was at 4 pm on a Friday. They have Fat Head for example and there's many hard to find varieties. A lot of other products are from craft breweries around the country. They also have a very large selection of wine. It can get more expensive here than a typical grocery store but they have some good quality. They have a few 6 packs for $7 or $8 or even more so this isn't the cheap shit. If you want something to eat they also have food. The shelves are filled with snacks or you can order something at the counter like a gyro. Convenience is the best thing about it. It has lots of good quality products. The prices are higher than at a gas station but there's better quality and more local variety.
