The clinic canceled the appointment the day before and never called or texted. This is the second time this has happened at the Conway location. When we asked for a manager/owner phone number to complain, staff closed the window and ignored us until we left. We do not have extra money for wasted gas or reliable vehicles for pointless long trips. Being disregarded like this is unacceptable. Do not recommend. Filing a formal complaint with the practice.

Would've been five till five. Probably leave at five. My point is you don't leave somebody waiting for a life or death cancer to get a voicemail saying that it's after hours, later need to be better at distributing information stead instead at the end of the day and then you're not waiting to get the call before you leave at five. Very Depressing. We worried all night about the results. It's not right to leave somebody hanging about life or death possibility just so you can go home or go home early. Do to my work I have my phone 24/7 and receive call all over the country. So I don't believe they are calling me.
