Big Double Tray w/ a quesadilla & French fries
    Mary T.

Besides Waffle House, this is your best go to for late night food. They are open until 3am. Several times I have been thru here and they have given me the wrong order, of course I check it and drive back thru and they can't take it back because it's been in my car, so bonus I get extra meals free. Make sure to check your order before you drive off. I enjoy the big box meal, you can customize your burger and get 2 sides and a drink. Good bang for your buck. They also have delicious milkshakes, over 50 flavors. If you are having late night hunger or just have a sweet tooth during normal hours, go check this place out, I'm sure they won't disappoint. Cheers & Enjoy!

4 little cheese curds for the order

Not sure how nuggets sounds anything like coleslaw but that's what I got. I'm a vegetarian and ordered cheese quesadilla with cheese bites and coleslaw. I have nuggets instead of coleslaw. Also ordered light ice as I'm heading back to work for the rest of the day and wanted the drink to last a while and it is so full of ice I can barely get the straw in. Also the cheese curds has 4 tiny curds in it. These wouldn't have happened if the person taking the order listened better.

The "side" of cheddar cheese bites that don't even fill half of a French fry bag.

Update: It had been a while since I went here so I gave them another shot. My first warning was that the place was empty during the usual lunch rush. First, it is 2019 and this Cookout still doesn't take AmeEx. In the digital era we live in, that is unacceptable to me. Second, the staff is no longer courteous, so the one thing they had going for them is now gone. I ordered a side of cheddar cheese bites with my meal. I got less than half a fry bag of them. Maybe one day Cookout corporate will read these reviews and sack everyone at this location. Maybe then it can become a good fast food eatery. Original review: This Cookout used to be the place you could get an affordable meal and the order would be right every time. It's not anymore. Every single time I go to this location, they can't get the order right. Doesn't matter what I order, it's wrong. Asking for a plain burger gets you all the toppings, asking for no mayo gets you mayo, or asking for no ice gets you a cup full of nothing but ice. It doesn't matter which side of the drive-thru you use, they're both equally inept. The walk up window is slow and nobody pays attention to it, especially if you've gotten out of your car to bring them the drive-thru order they've gotten wrong. This location used to be great but in the last year they've gone downhill. The staff is still courteous but that's all they've got going for them. Until they add an order confirmation screen or start getting it right, there's plenty of other fast drive-thrus in this area that will at least get your order right.

I don't normally review larger chain restaurants, but I wanted to review this one so as to better document my travels across the U.S. My friends and I had stopped by this particular Cook Out location on our road trip from Nashville, TN to Asheville, NC. I had suggested this place because I had read about it on Reddit and how their meal sets can come with things like chicken quesadillas or milk shakes. Lo and behold, they were right: you can indeed get a meal where you could get additional entrees, basically, as sides, as well as a float or shake. So, what can a vegetarian get here? Not too much, but the crew here were super nice and they had made me a quesadilla sans meat. For my sides, I had their hushpuppies and fries, and I washed it all down with a Cheerwine float. All of this ended up costing me $5 and some change. I couldn't believe how unbelievably cheap the food was. My friends were also awestruck with the costs of their meals, and for how cheap the food was, it was actually fairly tasty, too! If you happen to be in TN or in the Carolinas, as well as some other select locations throughout the south, try to swing by one of these places. It's dirt cheap and fairly good for fast food.

I liked the sauce on the pork and the sunny side up egg brought a good amount of yolk into the dish. Everything mixed well with the sesame flavored cucumbers and jalapeños. The rice was pretty plain but paired with everything else it was fine. I think I'll try one of the salads or power bowls next time, as they come highly recommended! I also had a bite of the smoked salmon from the power bowl and a bite of the chicken piccata. I normally don't like chicken piccata but the lemon and caper flavor did not overpower and the angel hair pasta was very soft. A bit on the pricier side for a lunch but I enjoyed what I had at Cazzy's. I hear both locations are very consistent as well.

We did not have any drinks but the offerings cover the local, standard and top shelf tastes. The staff is even invited to events to learn about food and drink parings. Lunch was grab and eat. It was very quiet becasue we were well past the lunch rush and before the early dinners. I needed something more than a salad or bowl even though several were tempting. Not always a burger guy, but a bison burger will draw my attention. You don't see bison much in TN. Delicious. Juicy enough I needed an extra napkin. The second reason I chose the burger was for the carrot fries. I don't ever remember having them before or even seeing them. Their good, no reason they can't be a replacemnt to traditional fries and they don't "sag" as much as sweet potato fries. In my case, the kitchen put potato fries on the plate rather than carrot fries. Our server, Daniel noticed it and brought out a separate plate with proper side. Great service there. Another upgrade is that seasoning on the fries. There are several different ones and they differ byt the dish and fry. It was fun to compare the difference on the plate. So, cazzy's is not at diner but a fine gastropub.

We had a reservation and were seated quickly at a cute table for two. Unbeknownst to us, it was taco Tuesday, suggesting $3 tacos of various proteins. We ordered three as an appetizer and were amazed by how tasty they were. Don't skip the tofu- that was our surprise favorite. My wife ordered the pork belly and I, the enlightened bowl. The pork belly was incredible- the best we've ever had. Tender, soft, rich, and a generous portion. Plenty of leftovers there. My enlightened bowl felt extremely healthy and fresh. I felt like a horse in a pasture. I stole many bites of pork. I might suggest adding a protein besides the salmon crumbles (it comes with those, but think tuna packet texture). Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Farmacy and look forward to our next visit.

High Hopes, Flat Landing…read more I'd had this place bookmarked for ages, and when out-of-town friends came for brunch, I thought, "finally, my chance!" Lesson learned: scope it out solo before bringing guests. We all left underwhelmed, and honestly, I was disappointed. Let's start with the good: it's an adorable spot, the service was stellar, and the cocktails were genuinely great. But the food? A real miss for me. I'd consider giving it another shot -- just not with the same order, or at least with some specific requests in hand. We kicked things off with beignets, which, in hindsight, was a bold move in Tennessee. As NOLA regulars, we know our beignets, and these weren't even in the same ballpark as Café du Monde. Instead of that light, pillowy pull-apart texture, they came out dense and crispy -- more funnel cake than beignet. The breakfast mains were a visual triumph and a textural letdown. I tried all three dishes, and my fellow diners agreed across the board. The "Sunny" had great flavor on top, but the bread underneath turned to mush almost instantly -- we ended up scraping the toppings off and eating it like a salad. If you order this, ask for the bread toasted. The biscuits and gravy had real potential, but the candied bacon overwhelmed everything with sweetness -- it completely took over the dish and made it hard to finish. Dave's eggs were fine on their own, but the hash alongside them wasn't much to look at, and the flavor didn't redeem the presentation.
