I had already chosen my "carved turkey Reuben sandwich", yum, when I first went at around 12:30-the line was out the door, so went to my appointment, hoping I could get back by the 230 close time. Returned at about 215 yay, and happily walked right up to the counter to order my lunch, when I was told they were out of carved turkey (the way the server explained it sounded like an ingredient in the Reuben was out, not the actual turkey. I asked if the "simple turkey sandwich" had carved turkey, and I was told no, it was deli meat-deli meat is so processed and unhealthy. I was super disappointed. So I opted for a Smashburger after asking how they liked it and she said it was "delicious". Well, it's not a Smashburger. It's a double burger on a nothing special bun. I was going to take the bun off and eat it with a knife and fork, and I was looking for those yummy crispy edges on a authentic Smashburger. They didn't exist. This was a double cheeseburger with very thick patties. I think they were grass fed so kudos to them for that,, but it was incredibly dry sadly, and when I saw that the bun had been toasted with butter, I put it back on and had a couple more bites, but was super disappointed-and trust me nobody loves a great cheeseburger more than I but now I love smash burgers as well!. I also ordered the Orzo cucumber and feta salad (as well as the french fries) on the side and while it was OK, it was nothing special. French fries were just meh. After all the stellar reviews I had I was very surprised that they would make a double cheeseburger and call it a Smash-burger-I wish these restaurants would stop doing that, it's misleading, other restaurants do this too. And for the money I spent, I should've just gone to Shake shack! I DO think it's worth a second chance, and I will say everybody there was very kind on the Service level and it's an adorable, really beautiful spot and vibe ! I strolled around and looked at the merchandise afterwards. So hopefully I'll be back but just super disappointed I didn't have a nice meal and left hungry.

This bakery has really good reviews so I thought I would give it a try…read more Hungry for a sweet treat, I ended up buying 2 Crème Horns and a Chocolate covered Peanut Butter Ball. The Peanut Butter balls are delicious. The Crème Horns are delicious as well but filled with buttercream which was too sweet for my liking. A lot of bakeries use buttercream and I wish they didn't. The pastry itself was crispy, light and fluffy and topped with powdered sugar. They have a lot of choices of lovely decorated sweets, cookies, pies, candies and cakes. I was greeted by a young lady who was eager to check me out and move on with her day. The interior was as expected. Locally owned and operated. I can't wait to go back and sample more. Their carrot cake looked delicious.

I needed a cake for my baby shower and it was so last minute, like in 3 days type last minute and she said she'd do it for me which was so incredibly sweet. She did exactly what I wanted and more. She is such an incredible and talented baker. I would give 10+ stars if I could. The cake she made is what made my whole baby shower so special and I will never forget that! I can't wait for when my baby boy turns 1 and I come to her to make his smash cake (Btw the giraffes face was coming off because the cake was melting for leaving it outside in the sun for so long but how could I not? I've had a Moroccan Tea, a Chai Tea, an Oolong Tea, Farmhouse Chicken Salad and Pimiento Cheese that they sell in containers from inside the case, too many different kinds of cookies than I dare to admit, and a few slices of their standard cheesecake. The cookies are amazing. But it's the cheesecake that keeps me coming back. The cheesecake and the chicken salad actually. Both are divine but the cheesecake is the best I've ever had and I highly recommend it. Service behind the counter is always pleasant, professional and speedy. The vibe is almost goth but it's darling and whimsical and clean. Im a repeat customer for as long as I'm in the area.

The employee on duty was patient and helpfully explained a few baked goods I hadn't encountered before (Kouign-amann will have to happen during a future visit). I ultimately settled on a peanut butter-banana coffee cake and a chocolate croissant. The croissant was buttery but dense rather than light and flaky. That density extended to the coffee cake as well, where it was more welcome. The peanut butter-banana combo made for a winning pair, and the topping was tasty as well. Given the pricing, service, availability (open every day except Sunday), and more, Rocca's is a must for anyone in Greensboro with a sweet tooth.
