The pie I chose was the Maple Custard Pie and it was one of the most delicious pies I've ever had and I had a Latte with it which was just beautiful with the design on top, served in a giant coffee cup. I needed a cake for my baby shower and it was so last minute, like in 3 days type last minute and she said she'd do it for me which was so incredibly sweet. She did exactly what I wanted and more. She is such an incredible and talented baker. I would give 10+ stars if I could. The cake she made is what made my whole baby shower so special and I will never forget that! I ordered a Secret Garden tea iced, and I think that was my first mistake, it wasn't steeped long enough before it was iced so it was super bland. I'm used to making super strong teas. My church was sponsoring a blood drive and decided to do subs and baked goods for our donors and the Red Cross staff. We wanted to use a local bakery so we did our research as there are several in nearby towns I decided to give Roccas a try. I called in and spoke with the owner herself who was very courteous,soft spoken, and informative as well as very very detailed ( just what I wanted ). She made some great suggestions we went with 4 dozen cupcakes as well as three dozen cookies. The red velvet and strawberry cupcakes were delicious on every level. They were moist and had just the right amount of icing and the icing was of course melt in your mouth good not overwhelmingly sweet. The chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal cookies were huge well I actually think every cookie should be this big . They too were moist and delicious. Okay all my oatmeal cookie lovers I'm not so sure what she puts in these but I'm convinced it's magic . I saved one for my husband ( but I ate it on the way home ... I had good intentions and figured he really didn't know what he was missing. ) Now let's talk price she had amazing prices on these fresh baked goods and she offers a discount to all first responders ( in honor of her son who was a firefighter). Let's be honest during these tough times these guys and girls definitely deserve a sugar rush and what a "sweet way" to say thank you .
