My wife and I had been to this ice cream store before and it was good. They don't make their own, but they serve Blue Bell, which is a premium brand from Texas. Their selection was excellent, and what makes this place special is they have a variety of ways to serve it! Of course you have your normal cups and cones, including delicious waffle cones, but they also bake cookies (in house) and make ice cream sandwiches with them. They also offer shakes/malts. We went there with our neighbors a few nights ago and the owner was working. This man knows how to run a business! First of all, he does not skimp on servings. I ordered a 16oz shake and what I got was a 24oz because he "accidentally" made too much. My neighbors ordered a couple of ice cream sandwiches and he had to mold the cookies around a heap of ice cream so it would fit into the container! My other neighbors ordered a waffle cone and he says it always made him mad to get a cone that didn't have ice cream packed into it, so know, if you order a cone you will have ice cream top to bottom! Lastly, I heard him talking about his business practices. He said, if you make it onto his deck before closing he will serve you! The other night, a Sunday, his closing time was 6pm and he had a line. He served until it was exhausted and was there until 8pm! THAT is the way to run a business folks. I do wish they'd make their ice cream in house, because I'm sure this guy would make some incredible product, but what he serves is good and the way he runs his business deserves patronage! read more

Cutest little ice cream shoppe. It offered quite a few flavors in addition to candies in the room as you enter the shop. The cookies were on display in a case by the ice cream to choose for ice cream sandwiches. They also of course offer shakes and scoops. The shoppe was the perfect little country place with a lovely outside sitting area. They serve Blue Bell ice cream and have an adorable cow outside for pictures. We were in the mood for some ice cream and decided to stop in here based upon the reviews. The place was fantastic! You can have ice cream cookie sandwiches (with yummy ice cream wedged between two homemade cookies in a variety of flavors), traditional cones, waffle cones or even just a cup. I chose a cup with a peanut butter cookie on the side. The cookie was soft and chewy. The ice cream was blue bonnet but still yummy. I like the cookie so well I got 6 of them to take with me, in such flavors as toffee, peanut butter marshmallow and white chocolate macadamia nut. My husband had a peanut butter chocolate waffle cone. He loved it. They also have candy if you are not into ice cream. Ee really liked this place and recommend it. read more

This is such a cute place! The service is always fast and friendly. They have so many ice cream options, cones, bowls, ice cream sandwiches! They even have a milkshake option that goes up to a 64oz Mason Jar! It is the best ice cream place in town! We go at least every other weekend! read more
