Their selection was excellent, and what makes this place special is they have a variety of ways to serve it! Of course you have your normal cups and cones, including delicious waffle cones, but they also bake cookies (in house) and make ice cream sandwiches with them. They also offer shakes/malts. We went there with our neighbors a few nights ago and the owner was working. This man knows how to run a business! First of all, he does not skimp on servings. I ordered a 16oz shake and what I got was a 24oz because he "accidentally" made too much. My neighbors ordered a couple of ice cream sandwiches and he had to mold the cookies around a heap of ice cream so it would fit into the container! My other neighbors ordered a waffle cone and he says it always made him mad to get a cone that didn't have ice cream packed into it, so know, if you order a cone you will have ice cream top to bottom! Lastly, I heard him talking about his business practices. He said, if you make it onto his deck before closing he will serve you! The other night, a Sunday, his closing time was 6pm and he had a line. He served until it was exhausted and was there until 8pm! THAT is the way to run a business folks. I do wish they'd make their ice cream in house, because I'm sure this guy would make some incredible product, but what he serves is good and the way he runs his business deserves patronage!

My Experience So…read morethis is our local store and I will say that disappointment is the word of the day. It seems every time I try to eat at this location something is either wrong or was left out. They currently have a new version of the smash burger called the All American. I have tried it once before and found it to be far better than the normal burgers that they have. So that was what I decided to get this time. I ordered that and my wife enjoys the soft pretzels along with some drinks and sides. I placed my order via the app and headed toward my destination. Once arriving and checked in my order was out withing 3-5 mins. Which in most cases would be good thing to have hasty service, however in my experience with this location unless it's drinks normally isn't a good thing. The carhop was nice and well spoken so no complaints with him. After receiving my order I made sure all my food was there which it was. Upon arriving home and getting a closer inspection my concerns were valid. First thing I noticed is that when I picked the "Soft" pretzel it felt like a brick, something that can only be achieved by long term exposure to a heating source meant to keep them warm. In this case far past the acceptable time allowed for optimal freshness. On top of that every time I order the pretzel it is missing it's cheese sauce, so of course this time is no different. Now on to the rest of the food. The sides were fine this time around so no issues with them, and the drinks are always the highlight of the visit as they very rarely mess them up. Now the burgers I received were not. Upon opening up the box the burgers were a mess, top bun scrunched up with a piece cut out of it, condiments all over the place, patties off center and unorganized. Upon further inspection something else was off about them. The meat patties were their basic burger patties, thick non smashed slabs of meat. Not the smash burger I was looking forward to. Now I understand I'm just going to a fast food restaurant so I'm not expecting the highest level of expectations, but this was a huge let down. Having almost my entire order messed up for the sake of speed displays a level of inconsideration to the customer. Either it is a pure lack of proper training or just a lazy mindset to not be willing to make fresh food and make it properly. I worked in the food industry for over a decade and I always had the mindset that I was making the food for my family and I always wanted it to be the best it could be, I didn't cut corners just did what was needed to give a good experience. I personally do not recommend this location for anything other than Drinks and Ice cream as the consistency of a good experience is lacking. Despite several attempts over multiple visits hoping it wasn't the norm I can say that I won't be back there for anything other than those things.
