Don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me. Told him my situation and what I used to smoke back in the day. The staff seems different also. Straight weirdos. The selection hasn't been the same since berner has many legal problems so I'd assume it's effecting the production of strains like Badu and Gerry pation. If you went to have your value of flower. Great customer service and it's affordable compared to other dispensaries I've gone to.

Sometimes they have great deals, but the majority of the product is old, dried out, and significantly out of date. As other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service at this location also leaves something to be desired. Add the issue of a non-functional online ordering system and you get a dispensary that isn't worth visiting. I ordered a 1/4 online with the intention of picking it up that day as my order was a part of a special specific to the day of the week. Their automated system gave me an order number and informed me that I would receive another text message when my order was ready for pickup. The "ready for pickup," message never came. By the time I realized that I never received the message, the shop was already closed. I figured that I could stop in and check on it the next day. When I went into the store, multiple associates told me that the system must have glitched, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway; they don't actually use their order number system, so there's no record of my order... plus they delete orders at the end of every day and return the order to their inventory, so I was totally out of luck. They told me that I should have known to stop in to check on my order anyway. I repeated that I was expecting their system to send me a message stating that my order was ready for pickup and asked if they could still honor the deal since it was a problem with their system. They told me no, I'd have to wait another week for the product to go on sale again. They then tried to up-sell me on some of their more expensive products after I asked if they could show me any other comparable deals, which I found inappropriate. I felt frustrated and left empty-handed. I never intend to come back, either. It was only a decent dispensary while it was new. Now, with so many other choices in the area, it's fallen significantly behind and every one of its competitors is better. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. read more

The selection here is terrible. But that's not why I'm writing this review. I walked in and the dude with the hat and goatee was talking to a lady for several minutes about when his hair was long. When it's my turn finally I asked him about deals on joints or pre-rolls and he instantly cut me off and said all joints are 30% off and then was quiet, just giving bad vibes. I felt very much disrespected. I spend a lot of money, but I won't be coming here again. There are much better dispensaries where they don't treat you like shit, and have better selection and value. Terrible customer service. The point system they have is an actual joke and they will actually steal your money. I had accumulated over 800$ worth in points over 2 years of being a customer, I only got to use 300$ before they said to me that their POS system changed and now I don't have any points. When I understandably got upset, the manager Andrew accused me of being disrespectful when I was simply just disgruntled. I am so severely disappointed, especially with the GM Brittany Wallis. She knows who I am, knows that I have been a loyal customer for years and yet this the treatment I get. They also are extremely inconsistent with the product selection. My favorite concentrate brand I would get for over a year just disappeared one day and never came back. And this constantly happens with their products so consistency is just not a thing here unless you want consistently poor quality products Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. read more

I am a March & Ash fan, and this place isn't even in the same league. The storefront is bare and open, clean and bright. The selection isn't as good as March & Ash. The staff is cool. Their debit car payment set up is lame. It rounds up and then charges you a transaction fee. Those fees along with all of the taxes add up very quickly to totals that exceed other places. If you're in La Mesa, it works since it's convenient. read more

Summary: Pros: Store is aesthetic inside and out. The security guard outside was awesome and got along with all of the customers. Cons: Parking lot is small, staff doesn't notice the pickup line, and prioritized the walk-in's even though our orders were already finished and just needed to be paid for. (What's the point of ordering ahead if you wait longer?) They leave you outside to get your order so there's not really any customer service or quality interaction I've loved from other dispensaries. Full story: I love dosist and there's few places I can buy there products. This dispensary was close to my work and I was stoked they had online ordering. When I arrived, they had a long line for walking and only one person ahead of me for online pickup so I was stoked. I got in line in a great mood and looked inside to see aesthetic waiting areas and was excited to go inside. However after they took the guy in front of me, the people inside forgot they had a online pickup line. Everyone I had seen get in the other line, went inside and the security guard finally told the online pick up order staff they had a line. They hadn't even noticed us. The staff grabbed our id's and went inside. They continued to service everyone behind me and people who came after me in the walk in line. They also offered for people from that line to come to the pick up line cause it's "faster" while I was still waiting. After a half hour of waiting, I asked the nice security guard to get my ID back and cancel my order. I was frustrated and over it and just wanted to get home. Only at that point, did they decide to clue me in to them not being able to find my order. In a single second I could help them figure out the discrepancy however they never communicated with me. They tried to tell me about next time and I assured them I would not be coming back. They got the order right away, but honestly, if they would've just admitted they messed up or apologized, I would have given them a second chance. I'm big on customer service and customer care since I've worked in that field for the last 7 years or so. read more

Music was so loud that it made it harder to communicate with someone that was already hard to talk too. Then I mentioned something about the price of certain flower. She said " if you going to come to a place like this you should be ready to spend a lot" As Someone who has pass experience as store manager. That is not what you tell your costumers!!! When I was checking out I notice there was a edible that I order missing. She quickly blame me for not choosing another even though I was never told that they were out of those. But anyways i ended up spending 270$. then when I got home I got another surprise. The $60 wifi og indica I order was replace by a Kush mountain hybrid! This right here lead me to leave this review.
