I have come here about a dozen times. Sometimes I'll sit at the bar to get eggs and coffee,…read moresometimes outside. Either way, it's clear to me that the staff needs more training. Regardless of where I sit or how busy it is, I wait about 10 minutes before needing to go to the hostess to ask who my server is. Every single time (the 10-12 times I've been here), there seems to be confusion over who will be serving me. Once I have a server assigned, they end up taking my order right away, but rarely checking on me to see if I'd like a refill while I wait for my order. This is frustrating because I usually wait 45-60 minutes. I'm a business owner myself, so I hate giving bad reviews, but I also know how necessary it is for owners to receive feedback so they can improve. I also know reviews from people who have negative experiences can be overly harsh and exaggerated. However, that's why I've given this place so many opportunities before writing this review. I have had consistently horrible service (although most staff are friendly). The only reason I keep coming back is because the food is excellent. I would like to highlight that as a major positive. If the food wasn't excellent and was just mediocre, this would be a 1 star review. I will caveat that with one bad food experience, which is my experience right now as I write this. My wife received her crepe after waiting over an hour for it. When it arrived, there was a hunk of unmelted cheese in it. That's unacceptable to begin with, but especially after waiting an hour! It is the first time in my life (I'm 36) that I have ever asked a server to take something off my bill. Since asking, I am once again waiting; this time not for my food but for my bill (my wife and son left separately so I could wait to pay). I've waited for 15 minutes for the waitress to come back with my bill. I will continue to come back to support the business and business owner, hoping that service will improve and that the owner sees this message and spends some serious time on training the staff. It needs a LOT of attention. I'm surprised more people aren't providing similar feedback. I will adjust my review in about 3-4 months if my experiences are improved, but consistently. I really want to see this business stick around.

This event was an anniversary party with around 90 people in attendance. The presentation on the main table was amazing. It looked like a large Charcuterie Board that filled the entire table and some of it had 2 levels, it was just beautiful. There was a little bit of something for everyone on that table to eat and all I had was very good. The Servers were walking around with plates of Hors d Oeuvres which were amazing. I especially loved the Bacon wrapped Shrimp which were done to perfection. The Chicken Teriyaki was just as good. I like the Shrimp so much I had to ask for the recipe. I could have eaten a dozen of them easily. The servers were constantly walking around asking if they could give you more or if you had any trash to get rid of. At no time did we have to ask for food or clean up after ourselves. There were three large glass containers of drinks which they kept filled and chilled for us to grab drinks. They cut the three-tier cake once everyone was done eating the Hors d Oeuvres. The cake was superb in every way. This function from an attendee's point of view was perfection in every way these people were a first-class act. I must give them a 5 out of 5-star rating. If you have a function or need a cater look no further, they are your best choice. Follow me on FB for more reviews. Gulf Coast Terry

Cases filled with customer cuts of meat, freezers loaded with specialty items you can't get at your regular grocery store, and a tall refrigerator filled with large briskets, beef tenderloin, and so many other things from Snake River Farms. We happened to be on my last day of vacation so we walked past all of that and headed towards the back where the restaurant is. We were quickly greeted by super friendly hosts and seated in a booth against the wall. There were so many things I wanted to try! Ended ordering the Reuben, a bowl of chili, a basket of tots, and a hot dog for my 2 year old. I usually order a Reuben just about anywhere I see it on the menu so I've had my fair share. This was definitely top 3! (Sorry about the picture, I was hungry) It had some of the most tender, flavorful corned beef I've ever tasted, that can only be found in in-house made corned beef. The only reason it wasn't number 1 is because they don't griddle the bread. It works fine without it but, to be a true Rueben, I'm gonna need that bread buttered and grilled up. The tots came perfectly fried and crispy with plenty of seasoning salt, and it in basket that could easily feed 4-6 people. The kids hot dog was HUGE! Smoked and then grilled I believe. It was a bit too smoky for my taste but still very flavorful. Finally, the chili was a very tasty standard chili, just the way I like it. Not too spicy and no crazy, "what is that flavor I'm tasting?" kind of spices in there either. It was a bit of a loose chili with plenty of chunks of tender brisket throughout. Overall, great food, great laid back ambience, and friendly staff providing great service every where you look. We vacation in Naples a few times a year so we will definitely be back!

Food is really creative, but many of the dishes are just ungodly sweet. Charred kale salad was probably the best kale salad I ever had, perfectly delicious and highly recommended. The roasted Brussels sprouts, on another hand, were really, really sweet. The French toast with duck was really creative, but again, really, really, sweet. Seafood fried rice was excellent, very tasty. The "cinnamon roll" desert was just a riot. It was huge in size and delicious to the last morsel. Excellent service, prompt and attentive. Recommended, but if you don't like sweet cuisine, you will need to be careful with your choice.

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.
