I contacted them and was informed they had no mechanic and the owner was on holidays for three weeks. No one called me even knowing my concern. After a few calls I was told to bring them in, which I did bring and the owner was a upset and asked why. He eventually agreed to look at them. After trying them out he agreed he heard the noise but said that there was nothing he could do. He said we were on our own to sort out our issue. He suggested we take them to another bike shop. A review a long time coming!…read more I was on a road trip with a group of friends to Nova Scotia and needed a rear tire in order to get back home in time.  Lisa in the parts department was able to find me a tire and get it installed the same day!  Does this fact mean that she will do it every time?  Well I don't think so, but she did take great care of my riding group. No less then 4 tires were installed.   A chain was installed. There were riders outfitted with waterproof bags replacing their broken luggage. Warm waiting room. Hot coffee. Great attitude and service from LISA. Did I mention that LISA was great?! I know we will stop by on our next trip and hopefully not under the same circumstances. Give ProCycle a try and Lisa a chance to outfit your motorcycle.

Their selection of…read moreaccessories (other than gear) is rather poor, they do not seem to respond to emails, staff seem fairly uninterested in customers, preferring to chat with each other, etc. They do have a good selection of new motorcycles in stock (Kawasaki, KTM, Yamaha) and also a few used ones. (In addition to motorcycles they also carry ATVs and snowmobiles.) But their customer service so far has been rather poor. The problem is that the other motorcycle stores in the HRM also seem to be less than stellar. So far I am happiest with the one on Windmill Road.

Alex helped me pick out some nice rims and even though there were some challenges related to the age of the bike and how it was built, Alex had it done and ready to go two hours before my most urgent request "ASAP" the price was reasonable enough and if I can't get to Roundabout Bike shop, then Long Alley is just as good. My bike rides smooth, silent and looks sharp. I'm very happy.

New to Halifax and knowing no reputable mechanics, I was having pesky electrical code issues and was nervous to drive my vehicle to any shops nearby. Dylan promptly texted, saying he'd likely be able to come by my place after 3 pm that day. I never heard back from him until later that night, when he texted apologizing, saying he'd been called away on an emergency repair up the coast. We made arrangements for him to come by the next morning, and I rearranged my whole day for his service appointment. He never called, texted or showed up, wasting my whole day for the second time. He texted again 4 days later apologizing, claiming he had car issues of his own, which is why he didn't make it out to see me. He offered to come by again for a third attempt; I did not respond, for obvious reasons. Two stars only because he seems like a genuinely sincere and earnest guy. Dylan needs to be better organized and develop better communication skills so that he doesn't waste customers' time and receive better ratings than 2 stars.
