They installed our drywell for a reasonable cost and we're responsive. However, we noticed pretty soon after a puddle forming in the path where they laid the drainage pipe. I knew it was the dry well, as it was melting the snow in the winter and corresponded to our water softener regenerating. I informed Ryan several times over the course of a year, asking for a remedy and giving him all the information he needed. Eventually Ryan stopped responding. At the same time as I was attempting to get CT Drywell to respond to me, I was working with my irrigation company who to repair all the damage that was caused when CT Drywell abandoned their first location as it was "wet". They didn't inform me that they had accidentally damaged my irrigation. I wouldn't have held them accountable, as it was an honest mistake, but let me find out on my own was very unprofessional. This was not an accident where they didn't notice, it was a literal coverup where they hit the pipes and wires, and then buried it. Now a year later, sick of the cesspool near my children's play set, I dug up the pipe. It wasn't connected as I expected and explained, and it took me about an hour to repair it.
