The sundae is an amazing deal, you can choose your own flavors and you get 3 flavors for $12 where the small scoops are around $5 each. The wait staff is so chill and cool and I love the sunglasses part of their uniform haha The caramel crack cookie is delicious and they include larrrggeeee chunks of toffee and caramel, their Oreo is so delicious and I can tell they use real Oreos!! Why 4 stars? Because they were not shy with the portions! --- --- --- I bookmarked Cool Cow years ago and finally had the opportunity to visit after eating lunch nearby. I saw on their website a list of like 100+ flavors, but assumed they only had a fraction of those actually available in the store. My assumption was correct, as there were about 10-12 flavors available. I was hoping for some that were not in the case, but I was definitely intrigued by the Christmas Tree Cake and couldn't resist throwing a scoop of that on a cone. And then to counteract something a bit crazier, I added a scoop of ol' reliable coconut. I really liked both of them. I'd stop short of saying I loved either, but I'm a sucker for ice cream and am never mad when I can sit down with a couple of massive scoops while my son makes a huge mess of his face attempting to eat his own. It was clean and bright with a few places to sit. The employees were friendly. They asked if we wanted to try anything and would let us sample if we wanted. It was just perfectly balanced flavors, not too sweet, nothing overwhelming, I loved it. Cool Cow Creamery is obviously where all the cool kids get ice cream, I should have came here sooner! Tucked away in this Kemah shopping center, this is probably the best little hidden gem in the area. Walking in, you're immediately hit with that sweet cream smell that every good ice cream parlor has. It's a small shop, but has a very happy, friendly vibe. We couldn't resist from sampling a couple flavors, but ultimately ended up getting all 12 flavors of the day on their skateboard ice cream flight ($12). Lined with 12 mini cones, one of each flavor, this was plenty of ice cream to share between 3 friends. Each flavor you could tell was homemade in house, and had this comforting flavor that made you want more. The quality of their ingredients really shines through. Our favorite flavors ended up being banana pudding, carrot cake, vanilla, java latte, and cookie dough, but everything was delicious. The mini sugar cones just completed the whole experience, and the best bite was always the last bite of the bottom of the ice cream soaked cone. We will DEFINITELY come back again soon! read more

My first time there and the worker was enthusiastic serving my friend and I. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and he was still genuinely serving us. While the temperature in the place was not too bad, the moisture is likely causing the waffle cones to not taste as fresh.
