It was briskly busy, went up to the window and ordered some chorizo and egg tacos. The young lady at the window told me it would be around a 12 min wait so no worries there. She also directed me to the free mother's day flower table. I was a little skeptical at first but saw quite a few people getting their bouquets. While I was waiting the owner Maritza came up to me and introduced herself. She said they have been in business for around two years and struck an agreement with the property owners to stay at the park until her brick and mortar plans materialize. This location used to be one of the better places here in MB, so it was sad to see it not quite living up to what it used to be.
