Sticking to the latter choice, I selected salted caramel. What I love about Cosmic Creamery's version is the caramel is more subtle, not too sweet and yet high quality. It actually tastes the way caramel is supposed to taste. This is a huge compliment coming from a caramel aficionado like myself (Haha!). Now, moving on to the texture of the ice cream. The ice cream is more icy, thicker and more dense compared to other ice creams, which tend to melt faster. I love that this ice cream is so different, but it's also just a higher quality.
