Picked out a Savoy House brand and as I was waiting for the paperwork I was asked by 2 others staff member if I needed any help. You have to pick up your purchase around the back where the warehouse is located. One of the staff brought the ceiling fan out to my vehicle and loaded for me. I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. My only criticism was that many of the ceiling fans I liked on display was on back order otherwise they would had gotten 5 stars.

Came across Masterpiece, which I forgot was even there. Debbie and Simo are terrific. Simo is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Debbie is also excellent, very professional and patient and helpful on design as well. Prices are also reasonable. The only reason I give them a four instead of a five star review is due to the small in-house selection; I understand the reasons why, but I wish they had a little bigger showroom with more lighting displays. Of course you can always order online, but it's also nice to see everything as is.

If anybody else they screwed over reads this you can sometimes find them with a booth set up at Scott' Antique market, which is open once a month for 4 days. If you are lucky, you might find some of your antiques you trusted them with for sale in their booth. I stupidly thought Mike was a friend and trusted him because he seemed like a nice guy.
