This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I purchased a new car and decided to get the windows tinted with Deluxe Window Tinting--big mistake. I had to bring my car back four times due to bubbles in the tint, dealing with this issue for months. Not only was the quality of work poor, but they also left tools in my car. I tried to be patient since they are a small business and I like to support local businesses, but enough is enough. They canceled my appointment without notice, and I had to follow up weeks later to reschedule. When I finally went in, the technician was outright rude and insisted that bubbles in the tint were "normal." But you can literally see them from five feet away! Even though the tint supposedly comes with a warranty, he refused to fix it, claiming it was fine. When I asked for a refund and told him to remove the tint, he refused. I mentioned leaving a review, and he smugly replied that he had a rebuttal. Really? After four failed attempts? What's your rebuttal to someone who has shown nothing but patience and all the uber trips I had to take? I easy spend over $450 in total. Thankfully, I have all the receipts, texts and documents to take this to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Lastly, I won't take away from the female owner who is very nice, just don't deal with the males. They can't admit that they did a bad job.
I have got a couple vehicles tented by deluxe window tint. The staff is super knowledgeable and helped me walk through the different tents and what would be the best for my situation. My first vehicle I had the tint on for five years and never had any problems due to their professional insulation and advice. This is the only place to go to get your window tinted if you live in the inland empire.
I've had three cars tinted at Deluxe with each of them looking great. Any time I've asked questions or needed something to get corrected Ashley has been courteous, responsive, and professional. Prices are fair and the workmanship has been fantastic. I would recommend setting an appointment as they tend to get very busy.

But if It's just under a year and The bubbles keep getting larger and larger And you believe it is not your car his fault or the dealership who brought the car to you then you might wanna think twice Are u saying u dont keep invoices as required by law? I am super happy with my experience here. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which was such a relief-the exact opposite of the pretentious attitude you can get at many auto specialty shops. I had all of my options explained and was asked multiple questions to figure out what would be the best fit for me. I felt completely confident that they knew what they were doing. I am so happy with the results of my tinting! My picture isn't the best because of the time of day, but I went with the 3M CS series with 20% in the rear and visor strip, and 35% up front because I wanted more visibility driving. It looks fantastic! The price was right in the ballpark of what I had been thinking (for a quality film and professional installation). It was totally worth it. Deluxe gave me all the after-care info I needed, too. They are very busy, but this is because THEY ARE GOOD! So ignore any posts that complain about wait time. Do you want it done right or not? This isn't a fast process, and I believe they only have a staff of three (which to me, after talking to them, shows quality control, not just hiring more people who may not be as good, just to push more cars through). I picked a day where I was fine dropping my car off in the morning and just assumed it wouldn't be done until the end of the day. Even though I was there about twenty minutes after opening, they were already swamped. But since I anticipated this, it wasn't a big deal at all. Again, totally worth it and highly recommended. Thank you again, guys!! :D
If I could give them a 10 star I SO would! I went in there asking when they would have availability the told me that they are booked until mid June but they took my information down and as I was driving out of the parking lot I got a phone call saying there was a cancellation that Thursday at 9 AM and wanted to see if I took it I told her heck yeah so just got through doing business with them and let me tell you they did an amazing job they are such down to earth people they did such an amazing job on our 4 runner! We are extremely happy with them! So close to home and on top of it amazing work! They work their butts off to make customers very very satisfied! Thank you guys so much! You guys are the best! AMAZING job!! Thank you guys again so much!
I chose Deluxe after seeing alot of their amazing reviews online. Alls I have to say is the 5 star reviews are RIGHT! They did an amazing job on my 2020 STi. I ended up going with 20% 3M all around. The pricing was reasonable, communication was excellent, and their overall customer service was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely be using them again when I need another car done.
Love these guys! This is the fourth vehicle I've brought to Deluxe and they do not disappoint. Highest quality Expel and 3M films and highest quality installations. Yes, there is a difference. The good stuff is so much better at keeping the heat out. I used to go to Orange County to get this level of quality; so glad I found these guys close to home. Great local, family owned business that cares about quality!

I can't recommend Deluxe enough! I've had my windows tinted on two of my cars, and both times, the results have been absolutely flawless. The quality of their work is incredible, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Not only do my cars look amazing, but the tint on has also held up perfectly over time. Their customer service is what really sets them apart. The team is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain the different options to ensure you get exactly what you want. They're efficient without ever making you feel rushed, and the whole process is smooth from start to finish. Finding a window tint place in the high desert was kinda hard for me because i wasn't sure how good places were out here so I finally found deluxe window tinting and seen there amazing reviews on Yelp so I went ahead and booked an appointment , Ashley then reached out to me to see her availability she was very communicative I went in with a Maserati front windshield Stephanie took care of my front window tint and did an amazing job first time here and now I think this is the place to be coming to I definitely recommend this place read more

I haven't received a call back to get these issues taken care of like I said there is lint underneath the tint I'm just saying this place is not professional I've had work done in the high desert and I'm serious I would not even take car back to these people if you want quality work DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT THEY WILL BREAK STUFF ON YOUR CAR AND LEAVE LINT UNDERNEATH THE TINT read more

Let me just say, i'm in my late 30s and have owned approx 35 vehicles. Yes I have a car addiction lol So with that being said, i've had dozens upon dozens of personal experiences with tint shops from the central coast down to southern cal. In the desert it is difficult to find a reputable, professional business who stands by their workmanship. Being directed to Deluxe Window Tinting was a fricken fresh breath of air and a life saver!!! They have been highly professional, extremely reliable, amazing sense of humor and their quality of work is second to None!!! Keep in mind every tint shop in the high desert is backed up so when you make an appointment it's gonna be a little bit of a wait so have some patience and don't short change yourself!!! I learned the hard way a few months back and wasted money at another tint shop who's work was crap! Deluxe Window Tinting is worth the wait and you will never use another tint shop in the high desert ever again!!!! Thanks guys for the amazing work and wonderful hospitality!! read more
