When I tried showing her she didn't wanna see it and she said it would be 40 dollars to fix. She tried taking me inside so that the other people can tell me it's a seatbelt Nick. Of course their gonna agree because you guys all work for the same company and just want my money. I already paid 300 dollars for this tint!? Why would I have to pay more when you guys say that your warranty covers it! Customer service is terrible, they don't care about their customers. Freaking ridiculous. AND NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK! Even when she came to my car to examine my window she wasn't wearing a mask. Makes you wonder what they do and how clean they really are. The tools they use on our cars is It sanitized? Do they cough on their hands and then touch our keys? Do they wash their hands? Who knows.. Please save yourself 300 dollars and go somewhere else. I found another called Cool Ray Glass tinting and they are way better at caring about their customers! Go there instead. read more

As far as the service on my car, this is definitely 5 star quality. I was able to get an appointment quickly (although I left a voicemail and had to call back the next day when I had not heard back from anyone) and the whole process took just under an hour and a half. I got the medium in the back, and light in the front for $164 after taxes. The guys there were very helpful and friendly, and did a great job explaining the aftercare and lifetime warranty! However, I'm only giving it 4 stars because the waiting room could use some revamping, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Had tinted windows done here once and it was awesome. I've referred several people and they've been happy. Now not so much, it's now nearly impossible to get an appointment and if you can it's weeks out. You'll be treated well when they need business but lousy when they are too busy for you. I travel a lot and it's hard to book appointments weeks out because I often don't know where I'll be. They are unwilling to do anything to work with me. Very disappointing read more

The owner did a faultless job on my car, at a competitive price. He look exactly as long as he had told me it would be. Can't ask for better than that! They got me in the day after I called, the price was very reasonable compared to others with same or better quality, and it was done pretty quickly as well. Just got my windows tinted and i loved how they came out! Got the limo tint in the back and medium in the front as well as the windshield strip. they did it in about 1 1/2 hours. Very thorough job and very nice people they answered all my questions and made sure i left knowing 100% care instructions. I do agree with other reviews that the waiting area can use a touch up. It smelled a lot like cigarettes. The restroom was pretty clean. Old but clean. Its a big waiting area and they had roku tv which entertained my kids. I would recommend them. They also have a lifetime warranty which is awesome and reasonably priced! Total for my job was $214 after taxes not including tip. On a 2016 kia optima *update a few days after getting it done i noticed a scratch and peeling on my back window. i took my car back and they told me unfortunately there was nothing they can do the peeling is due to type of manufacture window i have and if i wanted scratch fixed i could set up an appointment and return because they would need too redo the window. ** Update a month in and theres tons of bubbling! Im now in the process of setting an appointment to get it fixed right or get my $ back! read more

I searched around for a place to tint my windows and saw that L&R had the best reviews. When I called they where very friendly and had an appointment the same day. Once I got there they where very professional and honest about the type of tint that I wanted. The work that was done was quality work. The installer let me know that if the tint came off or any bubbles they would replace it and to not hesitate to call and come back. It is all part of the manufactures warranty. Nice people. Fast service. Fair price. I was in and out pretty quick. I had the front 2 windows done to match the windows in the back. This was my first time going someplace other than my usual tint shop. I hate going there because they are usually busy and cost more. I went here because the price was right and they weren't busy. In retrospect I should have gone to my place and saved time. I ended up going to the other place to get the clear tint UV filter for the front windshield and back windows to block out the heat and UV. I'm not going to name the other place cause this is a nice shop. Just ask questions. When they couldn't do what I wanted I still let them tint the front windows. read more

I called just after picking up my used mini van. They were not busy so I was able to get right in. I was greated and was able to relax as my 5 windows getting limo tint done wirhin a hour and a half... awesome. This was my first place I called as it had a 4.9 rating on Google at the time of this rating.The job was 5 stsrs. The only down side is the place reaks of cig smoke in the main shop and especially in the waiting area and its got the old stinky smell...yuck! read more

WARNING!! If you want window tint by all means go to them, but if you want the lining on the outside of your window to be broken don't use them! They do not stand behind their work! Told (Ann) that this happened and she had the audacity to tell me that it was broken before I got there. WHICH IT WAS NOT!!! Went to the KIA dealer and the automotive technician said "It looks like someone was working on the window and didn't know what they were doing, They bent the chrome piece." By all means, if you like untrustworthy liars use them. If you do not, then I suggest you don't use them. read more

I took my car into L&R Window Tint I asked for limousine tint all the way around and I did not receive it? I called to see why and I was told that I only asked for the back window to have limousine tint on it? Which was a flat out lie then her reply was I am confused and I said so am I. I can highly recommend L&R window tinting for it's customer service and competitive pricing. The owner is great and treats customers like the way they should be treated, like friends. He has good experience and knows what he's doing and does it very professionally. I Got my 1967 Beetle tinted here with a custom colored blue tint that i had purchased separately and it turned out absolutely flawless. If he can tint a Beetle he can tint anything. Beetles are hard to tint because the back window is very curved at the edges and unlike most new cars with curved windows the Beetle doesn't have the black border around the edge where a cut can be made to make it curve. I've had the tint on for exactly 6 months now and it has passed the test and looks flawless still and get's lots of attention. i will be taking my truck here soon to get it tinted as well and i'm happy to say i would recommend anyone to get their vehicle tinted here.
