I replaced the control panel myself, but was still having issues. I wanted to find an independent, trustworthy contractor to avoid all the corporate HVAC companies that will price gouge you if given an opportunity. James was able to work me into his schedule quickly (lucky for me!). He arrived within the hour timeframe he quoted, and had the issue figured out quickly. He even went above and beyond and ensure the prior control board was broken. He showed me what was wrong and got my unit working again. The price was extremely fair for his time and experience. I wish I would've started by calling him. 100% will be using him for all my HVAC needs moving forward.
