This place was different compared to most frozen yogurt places I have been to. as I walked in, i was asked what size yogurt I wanted and was handed a cup. after filling up our cups, we were charged for the size, not the weight of the yogurt. This is great if you're like me and like to load your cups with all kind of stuff, but when you have kids who just want a little bit of yogurt with sprinkles, it was kinda expensive. They have a lot of different toppings and they do offer other items other than just frozen yogurt, like mangonadas. The girl working was also really nice. I would definitely give this place another visit to take advantage of the price and not the weight for my cheesecake loaded yogurt, but I will definitely get my kids something else. read more

I have just receive a negative and false comment from them about what I did not do. This clearly means they pay you for good reviews and don't deserve any. I have been here twice, once when It was in UTA and once when it moved to Lincoln square. The first time I went in, I barely got any froyo and they wanted to charge me $5.70 for (while claiming the price to be 50¢/oz or so). I had to debate to them that I did not get that much as I thought that they did something to their scale to make it more expensive. They called the manager and she refused to help at all. The only good thing I could say from my first experience there was that one of the employee was willing to have me pay $5 for it and I did (though the froyo was melted). They were mostly very rude and some don't even speak English! The second time I went in, I was able to taste some sample before getting some. Although they taste sub-par (below average), I still went and got a little bit anyways, because I hate to just get some samples and leave. The service isn't very good, but not as bad as the first experience. They just stand around pretending no one was waiting to pay for the froyo. This time they charge me $4.07. I didn't get a lot too and was charged that much and the froyo doesn't even taste like one, maybe just a plain yogurt might even taste better. This place pretty much pays you a little of Incentive to give them a good review by giving you 20% off next visit for giving them good reviews and 10% for checking in. I am not surprise that they'd do that! I've never had such terrible tasting froyo with this kind of service attitude. read more

I will be the first to say, for over a year, I was a huge fan of this place. It appears as if there has been a change in management, and the service has gone downhill. Walking in: you were always greeted, it was always very clean, and the taste and look of the froyo was always a pleasure. Now, that is not the case. The yogurt stations were a mess, the condiment stations were a mess, and the staff act as if they have no idea as to what they're doing. At this point, I really wish there was another froyo place around, I'd be happy to switch to them. What a shame, this was a really awesome shop. I love frozen yogurt! And this place is great! Lots of flavors, LOTS of toppings (even Pop Tarts!). Well-priced and consistent quality. The shop itself is small, cute, friendly, and warm. Lots of little tables to sit at and even a couple outside. I have had friendly service - they don't do much except ring you up since the yogurt cups and self-serve, but I always feel welcomed. Finally there's a place where I can get a healthy snack and enjoy the feeling of eating ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant so ice cream doesn't agree very well with me so as one of my favorite foods I hated to give it up but frozen yogurt is a perfect replacement for my ice cream cravings. Not only does it fill the void it's also better for me so it's a win win. This place is set up pretty basic you walk in grab a sample cup walk to the back and begin tasting your flavors. The flavors change every few days so don't get used to a certain one cause it might not be there on your next visit. They offer two sizes of cups to fill up with a medium and a large. Once you pick your flavors its on to the toppings. This is the only froyo place I've been to so I can't compare it to anything else but they have a really good selection to choose from. I personally like Oreos with mine but there's lots of other things to top off your creation as well. They also have smoothies so if you don't want froyo you can always get a healthy smoothie made with fresh fruit and mix ins if you choose. The place pretty much runs itself so there's only one girl that works here she's friendly and helpful so the customer service is good. I find myself coming here more often than I like but it's so close to where I live and it's a healthy snacking option so it's hard to resist. read more

I have been here multiple times since I moved here from Arizona, but today, today was the last day. I have gone in not once but twice in the past month to grab some frozen yogurt and when I asked for the cup, a lady rolled her eyes at me. That was whatever, I was just interested in a cup, not an attitude. Then as I'm grabbing my yogurt, I hear her talking to a man at the bench and he asks for a cup. Mind you, she has no issue giving him a cup. After I sit down, I notice she has a toddler running around getting into the stuff behind the bar as well as the fridge/ice area? I didn't really care but then saw how she was acting towards the guy and noticed that is either her boyfriend or family member. He didn't pay either and felt comfortable walking behind the bar and getting cokes and stuff. I never had this happen before but I decided to go again this week. When I went, again, the same guy with his food and drinks and the child running around the back. Same attitude and same deal, like okay, then it got worst, the whole family or friends walked in and no one paid! I've been to this place twice thinking the first bad experience was just a fluke... and because there's no other froyo place around. I am sorry to say I really don't have anything good to report about this place. Usually I can find SOMETHING good. There are not very many flavors to chose from and the ones they do have are boring. The toppings sit out for way too long and the toppings I tried were stale and inedible. The boba tea was ridiculously sweet with boba that was too old and had obviously been left out. The gelato was just bad. It had a very funky after taste and a gritty texture. Gritty. Even the waffle cones were stale! The service is grumpy and rude. The establishment is extremely clean and well laid out. I have been a few times now and have never had to wait at any station (ice cream, toppings or check out). The small bowl is actually fairly large. I have no idea how one human being can devour the amount of ice cream/toppings that the large bowl can hold but I would love to watch it happen. The flavors are excellent and they do a great job labeling the gluten free options. They have a vast list of choices when it comes to toppings and the staff is always very friendly.
