I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. I have always found them fast and friendly. Only once has my order been incorrect, and it wasn't a big issue. I think Braums makes a very tasty burger. I like all the fresh veggies that come on it, and they will pile on the pickles if you ask them. I wanted to try Braum's for breakfast we went one morning during the week. They were not very busy inside during the week. On the menu for breakfast, they have burritos, biscuit sandwiches, and a Big Country Breakfast. We had the Big Country which is scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and a biscuit with gravy. I went to Braum's store number 210, which is at 5300 matlock rd Arlington tx on 04/07/26 at 9 pm, the person taking my order at the drive through was rude and was speaking so fast I couldn't keep up with her, had to repeat my order three times , when I got home and was able to open my order it was completely wrong!! I told her no mayonnaise and it had extra mayonnaise and there were no tomatoes but lots of onions and the fries were cold and hard, I wish I would of checked my order before driving away, will not be going back there and will recommend to everyone I know not to visit there read more

My family and I frequent this Braum's since we live nearby. The food here is mid and we just enjoy spending time together and comfortable with choosing to come when we're looking for something quick and it's just a default habit now. We would usually come for a late night ice cream treat, just like tonight. It also has a small grocery store inside that's convenient. The staff is nice for the most part, the prep station is always a disaster when they're busy, and I mean sauce, syrup, nuts, bananas just everywhere. Gloves being reused after touching everything or thumbs in whipped cream and whipped cream still on thumbs when scooping new ice cream. My go to favorite is rocky road, but they just rolled out their seasonal flavors and I tried the hot chocolate (which is my friend's favorite) and got a double scoop with cappuccino chocolate chip in a cone. It wasn't awful but wouldn't get it again. I sampled the gingerbread flavor and it was overly sweet. The drive-thru system is never a good idea at this location. It's better to go inside. read more

As a Braum's connoisseur I'll tell you this is the least satisfactory Braums store out of nine (9) I have frequented between Arlington and Rockwall. In other words, it's 9th out of 9. This one is SO disappointing that I literally swore off store-bought ice cream after a series of infuriating drive-through experiences at this location. (At that point I was buying up to 12 double-dip ice cream cones per week from Braums drive-through service lines.) Only an idiot or an addict would keep submitting to such horrible service, I told myself. And I stuck with my resolve for more than 3 years -- saving $1000's and losing 10 pounds in the process. Ahhh, but this year, worn down by the pandemic, I began visiting Braums' drive throughs again. Just 1 cone at a time. Well, after tonight's experience, I'm on strike again! Only an idiot or an addict would wait 20 minutes in a drive through for a mediocre ice cream cone. That's what I did, and so did other customers. ((Although several bailed out of the drive through line because the waiting time was absurdly long) I asked the girl who passed my cone to me, what on EARTH made the service so slow tonight?! She said they were short-staffed, with only 4 workers on the job -- and, she said, we're busy! Well, no, the store definitely was NOT busy (as anyone could see by looking through the windows and seeing tbe parking lot. Those 4 kids probably did feel overwhelmed. The cone that finally came? Undersized, oddly shaped, and flecked with ice crystals. Unh-hunh! This is supposed to be a little luxury... a special treat. If it can't be that, who needs it? Besides, drive-throughs are helping to turn our lovely planet into a hell-hole. There's nothing wrong with this Braums that good management and leadership couldn't fix! Used to love this Braums. It had great hamburgers and ice cream. I think I'll be looking at them different from now on. The wife and I wanted dinner from this location. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for her and I ordered a 1/3 lb. cheeseburger for myself. I ordered the sandwiches and not the combos. Got home and started eating my cheeseburger. I got to about the last 3-4 bites of the burger and I take a big 'ol bite into a piece of plastic. It looks like the kind of plastic bread tie you see on bread bags. So from now on, this Braums has lowered itself in my view and I will advise others to be careful when you order from this place. You never know what you're going to get. Edit to post after latest visit: AGAIN DO NOT EAT THE BURGERS HERE!!!!! After the last time I had found plastic in my burger, I thought I'd give them another try. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I wish I would've taken a pic of the bacon they had put in my burger. The pieces were black as night and tasted like charcoal. They had burnt the bacon to basically black charcoal and had the audacity to put that on a customers food! It was nasty as hell. Well, it's been three years, still going here, even after they changed the 1/3 pound burgers to 1/4 pound. Thus the reason for going up a star, still eating here, still getting the best fast food bacon cheeseburger in town, and the occasional ice cream something or other. The burgers being smaller really is a good thing after all. When they were 1/3 pound burgers they were so huge with everything on it, that I usually couldn't function until I'd had a nights sleep. Totally worthless after eating one for the rest of the day. Now, at least I can get something done. I still think that Braums has the freshest vegetables of any joint. The lettuce and tomato's always taste great. Either I'm the luckiest person eating here, or they're just consistently better more than they are slack. You gotta take the occasional hiccup with fast food joints, I've had really good experiences here. Right now they're doing a total remodel of this location. We had the strawberry shortbread along with the birthday cake ice cream with crushed almonds and chocolate fudge syrup and it was yum . It's only $3 only which is very very less compared to these other places. I also tried the limeade as well as it was recommended by few people online. Our baseball team had a tournament this weekend close to Braums and that was a life saver. We finished a game late ,they were closing up and were kind enough to let us in. There were 8-10 employees working and no one acknowledged anyone in line until one person made it to the register to take the guys order. Even the management does not give the service that you'd expect.
