That evaluation was part of several issues that led me to run away from a money-trap property. Eventually, I found a home to purchase and have used Kennon for HVAC work since. My AC decided it was time for a stunt in the middle of the hottest week of the summer on July 3rd. Kennon was running holiday hours and staff for the weekend, not surprisingly, but they still managed to work me in and quickly replaced the capacitor. Christopher was quick and very kind.

For those of you who have not replaced HVAC equipment in the last 14 years, you will be dismayed by the covid driven price increases in equipment and labor costs . Rick proved a very detailed written quote within days.Each item covering equipment type , equipment and labor warranties was specifically and completely detailed in the proposal . Rick and his company were awarded our business and installed two Bryant High Efficiency units . As part of the installation they added new zones wifi enabled thermostats and a ionizer to improve our comfort and reduce our operational costs . One of the control units was defective and Rick moved quickly to obtain a replacement. In addition his wife filed the required warranty and rebate paperwork . On the install date the North Hall Team arrived on time , worked efficiently and effortlessly , and we were operational within 7 hours We are extremely satisfied with the experience and will be moving maintenance contract to North Hall Heating We highly recommend North Hall Heating and Air. He said he "thought" I had flipped the breaker, although I gave no indication of that. And he was a total spaz case. Earlier, I had a good experience with Mr Knepper who helped me get a real antique running good as new. He couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable and has been an instructor in HVAC. So it depends on who you deal with.

Shawn showed up a couple of hours later, explained his process for diagnostics, the costs and then went to work. He had everything done in an hour and advised me as to maintenance going forward. He was well spoken, neat in appearance and took time to answer my questions. The diagnostic fee of $95 is about $20 higher than in the Atlanta metro area (my recent experience with my home there) but Shawn had to travel a bit to get to me. Overall, a good experience.
