They were able to send someone out that afternoon. Armen was great -- he was patient and checked a bunch of things. Unfortunately it turned out to be the control board. He took it out, cleaned it, and found the issue with the board. To save me some money and time, he attempted to repair the board directly, busting out his soldering iron and components. Unfortunately it didnt work. He ended up ordering the part for me, even finding a vendor with the lowest price and kept me up-to-date on when he'd be receiving it.
