A/C Unit replacement. It is march 2026 and the temperature has jumped up to the 90's we tried to turn on the air conditioner and nothing came out except hot air. Our AC stopped late at night before bed. We woke in the morning with dread, knowing we had to suffer through a heatwave because getting help in times like this is nearly impossible. We couldn't believe our luck when we called and Vardan said he was in the area and could stop by to check it out. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and found that our motor was out. He gave us options to repair the unit but we wanted to replace it. We were nervous because something like that would surely take days and we had to suffer in the heat. I hired a different AC technician this time (on 6/4/21) and they said that the capacitor that was replaced 9 months ago was the wrong size and failed early due to this. I LOVE Pac-West! I interviewed FIVE other companies and got FIVE different quotes. PAC-WEST offered the best deal for what I needed. The owner, Vardan, is SUPER responsive. He's a GREAT communicator.
