He went in the attic and discovered the main drain was clogged. Victor he had to blow it out, and then hook up a vacumn to the drain line under one of our sinks where it drains . Last year, my thermostat kept turning off and back on. I called Dragon Air Services, and spoke to Dragon. He told me to check the little trip valve thing when your condensater line gets clogged. He asked "Are you handy?" 'Yep', "Okay figure out where that condensater line goes to and clean out the crud. Did it, Fixed the problem super easy. Fast forward to today. Same issue happened, so I got my stuff out and cleaned out the clog again; but the compressor wasn't starting back up. Dragon theorized on the phone that maybe the compressor was turning on off on off on off and overheated when the condensation line was clogged... So he instructed me (to save me an emergency call), to hook my hose up and flood the compressor with water for 10 minutes to help cool down the compressor. Long story short, my A/C is now back completely working. When I heard the compressor kick back on, I was like "NO WAY". These guys actually care about your A/C, and they're not out there trying to make a quick buck. I will call them when I have the BIG a/c problems. Dragon is probably one of the coolest people on the planet. You guys are awesome. They are so incredibly smart.
