We moved to Franklin from the Northeast and the Cool Springs Galleria is fantastic compared to the grimy malls where we lived. It's very clean, with easy parking, friendly salespeople, just an overall pleasant vibe wherever you wander, plus it smells really good inside. I don't know if they pump a scent through the air system or if it's just the many stores selling candles that make it smell so nice, but I always enjoy myself and feel relaxed whenever I go there to shop. I wish we had outdoor malls in this area, or outdoor spaces at this mall. Those are so fun to visit and meet up in with friends. read more

Not the greatest mall anymore. It's all the same. But, if you like the pretty enviornment.. then by all means... go for it.

It's an Ok mall. It is vastly improving. There are a lot of kids in here usually. Mostly because there are more stores catering to them. I do like to visit Belk and the Sephora in JC Penney. read more

Huge mall with lots of stores. If I lived closer to Cool Springs I would come here all the time, but since it's a bit far, I only come every once in a while. Plan on spending a lot of time walking because of the mall's size, but if you look, you're bound to find something you can buy. read more

I have only been to this mall a couple of times and every time has been positive! It's a large mall, but not too big, has a variety of different stores, and is super clean! I live so close to it too which I love. read more

Plenty of parking, good flow of traffic in and out of mall during the week (haven't been there on weekends), and the interior has lots of carpet which attributes to a quieter atmosphere. It's a mall - what else can I say! read more

This has always been the best mall, but now they're adding more stuff, making it that much better. Apple, Cheesecake Factory, H&M!? They're about to put Green Hills out of business. This mall has everything, and there's plenty of parking. If you're trying to decide on a mall in the Nashville area, pick this one over Opry Mills (aka the tourist trap)! read more

Thirty something odd stores and only five different product genres is a really sad ratio. Honestly the only reason I find myself here is when my girlfriend and I cannot agree on a place to eat or i need some new sunglasses. Anything else you might be able to find here, you can get somewhere else at a third of the price. read more

Very clean and well maintained with a good selection of standard stores along with more upscale choices.

I think that this mall does have good stores your typical stuff Macy's food court etc it is clean and nicely decorated and its fun to see the Christmas decorations but it doesn't stick out or have any cool attractions it has no fun stuff for kids to do no impressive food stores and just isn't wow it's just a plain mall but if you're looking for typical stuff this mall is good I also think once sears moves out because sears is not in malls anymore it'll be remodeled even more and better read more

Great all inclusive mall. Safe and easily accessible. Kids and adults enjoyed the shopping and the food court.

Nice shop, limited clothing line, especially for the guys.

Can we not compare it to "high end" Green Hills mall. For the "average" income family this mall is fabulous!!!

Love this mall. Getting in and out of the area is easy. Traffic moves quickly. The stores are clean and organized. They are adding an H & M and Cheesecake Factory. Can't wait. This will be an even better place to shop. My favorite mall. read more

I like the Green Hills Mall better but this mall has a better location between Brentwood and Franklin where the population is growing by leaps and bounds. It's a basic mall pretty standard they have all the chain department stores and a Cheesecake Factory to eat if you get hungry. Nothing really stands out about this mall, they need more high end stores like Green Hills but this mall is really family oriented its out in the suburbs. When I first came to Nashville I wanted to check out Franklin which is actually way more interesting than this mall, cool little town that is now a growing city. read more

This review is purely based on the state of the bathroom. It was disgusting. In a retail environment customers expect a clean bathroom. This bathroom was filthy and rivaled a port-a-potty in its neglect. read more

This mall is growing but compare to green hills mall I still can't find much here. Macy's is small and they don't have enough stock for cloths. I don't know why they even have a belk here because nobody does in there. They donor have a good verity of things here. They have way too many similar stores that make no sense. read more

I absolutely love coming to this mall with my family, the only bad experience I always have there is going into Sephora. I had the worst customer experience and I have never been so offended in my life once I step foot in there. It was pretty full in the store, which I understand not all the employees can get to every customer. I was viewing an item I wanted to purchase and I had probably 3-6 inches of space between the shelf and I, all of a sudden one of the female employees almost stepped and pushed me aside without acknowledging me nor having the decency to say "excuse me". She stood right in front of me without hesitation to move. Then my mom and I went to purchase my contour pallet and we saw the same woman and another coworker eyeing us and laughing in out direction. I'm not the type to complain what so ever but this was so bad, I got out the store feeling much disrespect. Never again will I be entering that store when I visit this mall. read more

I visited this Macy's in the Cool Springs Galleria and they didn't serve me like they served other customers. I was in a hoodie a-la Trayvon Martin and the white clerk wouldn't serve me. I have contacted Macy's executive leadership as well as executive customer service who both refuse to explain what happened that day including Reagan Tinsley of their Ohio corporate office. I won't shop there again and Will Skaggs has a lot to answer for. They would not explain to me why I was misdirected - they only stated I should have been waited on and was not. CBL, the owner of this mall, allows this. read more
