Elizabeth was there when the incident occurred and she did not ask if my daughter was ok. Instead she left the incident and unprofessionally laughed with her coworkers about the situation. At this point they assumed my daughter only had scrapes after falling on the heavy metal frame, however she hit her mouth and her head as well. The gentleman who was the manager at the time understood my concern about the unprofessional behavior of the multiple women on the floor. I appreciated his approach and concern. The room is pretty big so thought there was going to be a lot of good stuff. Looking around the place it became quickly apparent that this stuff is really just overstock stuff. Sitting in the chairs and feeling the fabric of the furniture you can tell the quality is somewhat lower which is reflected in the prices. After walking around for a few minutes we decided to leave. The prices are good but the stuff just seems disposable. Like you just replace them every year.
