I'm very disappointed with Fashion Nova. Their return policies are not clearly explained before checkout. Be careful--because not all items are eligible for a refund, and instead of returning the money to your account, they only issue store credit. Even then, when they receive your returns, it takes far too long to process. It's been almost a week since they received mine, and I still haven't gotten my store credit. On top of that, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach. The email address listed on their website is incorrect, and when you try to use the online chat, it just gives an error. Read the return policy for the items, which is If you bought the items online, you can return them online or in any store (with the exception of dresses), none of the items were marked as final sale according to the website ending in .98 or .48. And they would not return the items! She said because I bought them on sale they couldn't take it. The website DOES NOT state this. I drove over an hour to this location so I could get a gift card and purchase the items online and Lizette Angeles said she could do nothing. Fashion Nova is the most unreliable company I've ever ordered from. They constantly push these huge promotions to lure people in, but the moment you place an order, they can't keep up with the supply and demand they created themselves. On top of that, they false advertise "One Day Shipping" just to get you to check out faster--but it NEVER arrives in one day. I've paid for One Day Shipping multiple times and not once has it shown up on time. Instead, every order has an "exception," which basically means they took my money and didn't deliver what they promised. This isn't a one-time mistake; this has happened 4-5 different times, which proves they know exactly what they're doing and just don't care. They refuse to refund shipping properly and try to push store credit like that fixes anything. Their customer service is useless, their logistics are a mess, and the company is misleading customers on purpose. I'm done ordering from this scam of a brand. read more

I would give Fashion Nova 0 stars if I could. They are scammers. They don't offer refunds for returns, they offer a store credit in the form of a gift card. You receive an email saying the gift card code will be sent to you within 72 hours but the code never comes. There's no way to get in touch with them by phone or chat. The only option is to get answers through the "Help Center" which doesn't have answers for any of the questions I have. I have 4 active gift cards on my account dating back to 2023 that I can't use because I never received the gift card number in an email. When I click "resend email" from my Fashion Nova account nothing happens. So essentially every time you make a return they steal your money. One of my packages was lost by UPS, they approved a claim and I submitted a request for a refund through the Help Center. I got an email from them saying they issued a gift card for $155.55, and I'd receive a separate email with the gift card number. So now I have another gift card that I can't use. My package was lost which was out of my control, the fact that they didn't automatically refund me for the lost package shows that they are trying to scam their customers any way possible. I have over $300 in gift cards now that can't be used. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER order from Trashion Nova again! They are thieves. The tracking number shows that the same package was delivered twice on the 16th and 17th to an agent. How could that be possible. The help center does not provide any assistance for lost packages. I only came to quickly return some dresses I ordered online for my birthday coming up and couldn't wait to get it shipped but PLEASEEE read their entire return policy/in-store return policy. They have a long list of items you can not return in store. I was mistaken they would accept my dresses because I saw somewhere that they accept in store returns but not on dresses So I drive 40 mins away to this store to not be able to return my dresses so I look for a last minute outfit instead. More than half of the store was jeans that they were having a promotion for, casual winter clothes, and $5 sale racks. Thankfully I did find a cute pants and top outfit but was sad because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for since I wanted a nice midi dress. The workers were friendly though and helped me get different options in the fitting room. It was nice to actually try on fashion nova clothes before purchasing. OMG!so I have been using this store for a while.Now all of sudden they don't want to refund me my 73.84 back on to my credit card they want to give me a gift card.What the hell.I never heard of this before. The product look cheap and the sale price was ridiculous. Read the small print cause you will get screwed with no recollection. So I what I did was report it to my bank so they can see if they can do either.
