Unfortunately things took a negative turn when I arrived to do the drop of. The woman behind the counter was super rude, said I wasn't on the calendar and that they would never allow drop off the day before. She treated me like a complete idiot and took no ownership for their lapse in communication. After pressing a bit harder she did find some hand written notes from my phone call the week prior, but she didn't lighten up much at all.
