My vehicle was backed into and the tail hatch back was bent in a hit n run but thanks to a witness…read morethe guy was caught and his insurance paid for the worst example of craftsmanshit ive ever seen from them. up until now they were top dog but either i pissed them off or they have morons working there. there was a separate part that attached to the tail gate hatch that was discolored like it been in the sun or they buffed to finish off it. looked like total crap. worse then the actual damage as to why i took it there. so i went right back in and unknowingly got the owner who came out so i could show him and first he said it wasn't part of the lift gate so them i opened it to show him it was, and then he said it was held on by 2 rivets and the original unblemished in perfect condition was still on the old lift gate and they could change it right now. ( instead of it already been changed before they called me saying it was done) . so i waited a half hour and when they brought it back out the vehicle was now full of tiny scratches that were not here before. then i noticed the body lines didn't match up on the tail gate to quarter panel which the owner mentioned it was a american car . after going thru the pictures taken when it was first dropped of it showed those scratches where not there when i brought it in. the owner told me to bring it back the coming Monday as it was Friday afternoon then, and he would get it fixed. so all weekend i stewed thinking about it and come Monday i took it back . then i kept getting these survey emails so i eventually responded and pretty much described the crap job honestly that they tried to sell me. 2 days later i get a call the vehicle is done and they read the survey which they were not happy about. when i went to pick it up it looked good but i only was looking a the back.after i got it home in the garage i noticed a new dent coming from the inside pointing out on the middle of the driver side quarter panel. already fed up i figured im gonna sell it as i do not trust it anymore.. well tonight after its been sitting in my garage since i pulled it in then, i noticed the finish ground off on the top of the door panel where it meets the roof. I will never take a vehicle or recommend them to anyone now. either they hired a moron or someones bent on discouraging people from trusting them to do the job right. unfrikenbelievable is the word. seems every time i return it to have the job done right it comes back with other damage. what was one a accident free impeccable body now looks like crap. I will now have to find a different body shop to fix there quality workmanshit. im not even gonna go back to show them this. and to think i felt a little bad with my review . not! its actually pretty sad.

I had a different body shop who does paintless repairs and they said it would need to be fixed the traditional way with painting and gave me a quote. My cousin had Wes do a repair and referred me to him. I got a price for about 1/3 of the traditional method from SBD. I don't know if I should call him a craftsman or an artist, I've known both and he fits both descriptions. He did an amazing job on my fender. Shine a light from any direction and you cannot find witness of any of the damage. Wes said he wasn't really happy with the results and offered a reduction from the quoted price but I paid him the full quoted amount. Awesome job, perfection indeed. Thank you Wes!

This past winter I lost traction pulling into my driveway and slid into the garage door, leaving a vertical dent and a large gap between the fender and the fender flare. I was determined to preserve the original paint and avoid body filler, so I called Wes. Even he wasn't sure at first if it could be fixed. A little while later I got a text from him with a progress photo--the dent was coming out. When he finished, the damage was completely gone. The factory paint is still intact and looks perfect.
