I show up hand them my insurance card of sorry we can't take this you need a new dentist.. I was like wait I was told I was good sorry not this plan.. Whie there I told them my son who has his own insurance moved to Texas.. Well once again they tried to milk the last ounce of money, now back to my wifes current appointment YOU NEED TO PAY THIS, my wife states that I (husband) took care of this.. response was MAAM IF YOU WANT TO BE SEEN YOUR GONNA PAY!! SO she cancels her appointment after being talked down to for minutes,, on the way out the girl states now you owe 150$$ I called up there and tried to remind someone that this had been taken care of after being on hold for 10 mins... A new person comes on and 1st thing out of her mouth was a laugh(snort) rudest person you could speak to like I am child says DONT CARE ITS YOUR FAULT HER FAULT BLAHH BLAHH YOU WILL PAY US AND WE DONT CARE IF YOU ARE HAPPY WE ARE IN THIS TO MAKE MONEY WE DONT LIKE TO WAVE FEESS OR FREE MONEY

I frantically looked online...."what is the name of that cute dentist office? Ah! I found it! The one that looks like a beach house!" This office was wonderful and from her initial consultation to her follow up Dr. Jamison's office was wonderful. The staff was all very nice and helped to calm both a nervous 7 year old and an anxious dad and while I don't remember everyone's names I do want to give thanks to Cindy. She was extremely nice and really helped my little one feel comfortable. The day of surgery went well and Dr. Jamsion even called that evening to check on her healing. Very nice and even though they're not currently in my insurance network I would absolutely consider them again.

His office staff is very nice and attentive to my schedule as we as Will being such a great dentist and Guy. I can a lot about him and his customer service but I'll just mention one detail. Before I went on vacation my filling came out on Thursday, if you know dentist they rarely or never work on Friday. I searched the internet and found dr Kelly and he was able to replace my filling the next day. I've been with him ever since and he does great work that lasts. If your insurance allows you to use Will Kelly then please look him up.
