I had an appointment there last week and overall it was a good experience. I hadn't seen a dentist…read morein a while and was a little nervous about what they'd find. The clinical team was very professional and really put me at ease. Heather the dental hygienist was especially helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable about oral hygiene, gave me some tips on maintaining gum health, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. My sole issue with them arises with their business manager, a woman who goes by the name Cassie. To make a long story short I initially took out a loan to cover the cost of any work that would be done in the future. Naturally this money gets forwarded to them in advance which I suppose is the norm these days. When you take out a loan of this type they tell you up front that you have 5 days from the time you take out the loan to cancel it . I called back within 48 hours and informed this Cassie lady that I would no longer be using their services and requested a refund. I paid my balance for the services rendered in full, at which point she told me the money would be returned within 48 hours. It has been nearly a week now and that has not occurred. I am considering escalating the issue to the North Carolina Department of Justice for further action. Just as an aside I should note that the Better Business Bureau gives this particular office in F rating, with 16 complaints in the last several years.

They also told my wife that they had already canceled her appointment. We will be looking for new a dentist. I don't know how they came up with the name "Friendly".

Kelly Dentristry uses state-of-the-art equipment and even have a dental lab in house, so many crowns and other dental appliances are made on the spot. His office staff is very nice and attentive to my schedule as we as Will being such a great dentist and Guy. I can a lot about him and his customer service but I'll just mention one detail. Before I went on vacation my filling came out on Thursday, if you know dentist they rarely or never work on Friday. I searched the internet and found dr Kelly and he was able to replace my filling the next day. I've been with him ever since and he does great work that lasts. If your insurance allows you to use Will Kelly then please look him up.

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. I had not visited a dentist in, well, WAY too…read morelong, and so I was looking at two fillings, a crown and a DEEP cleaning on all the choppers. I was actually taken in early for my appointment, and the hygienist got to work immediately numbing me and getting set up for the cleaning. I won't go into the gory details, but when Dr. Benning got to work on the fillings and crown, he and his assistant worked like a well-oiled machine. There was no wasted time, and not once did I see anything that looked even remotely like miscommunication between the two. This morning, after all that work, I have no pain whatsoever. Amazing. Oh, and while I have dental insurance, the work involved was a bit more than it would cover. Hello, interest-free payments!

I found the office very neat and clean and everyone was extremely friendly. I've been to some bad dental offices in the past that left a bad taste in my mouth, but I didn't get any bad or condescending vibes from the staff here. Once again, a super nice and friendly staff with great communication skills. They actually had a dental assistant who was very friendly and introduced me to each person as care was being given. That was actually a very nice touch and I felt very appreciated. They also had someone from billing sit down and explain to me what my insurance covered and talk about payment plans. If you're unsure about where to get dental care or haven't been in awhile, I imagine this would be a pretty good place to start.
