The Leather Genie made custom belts for me which was a gift for my boyfriend. I actually got 2 of them and he loved them both. The simpleness of just a belt was made with such great craftsmanship. And great customer service as well, I need the holes to be widened due to specialty buckles and upon bringing them in, she altered them right away ensuring my satisfaction of her work. It is well lit and organized, super fun to walk around and explore the options. The employee who helped me out, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and passionate about leather making. He showed me his work in the shop and walked with me to pick out things that I may need to get into the hobby. The second thing I noticed is that this beauty has some heft which is a nice reminder that the bag is still on me. The leather is some of the thickest I've encountered, is durable, and well crafted. It's as if the maker saw into the future and included a convenient external cell phone pocket wich is both easily accessible yet secure since it is located on the surface of the purse which lays against my body. I can easily slip my phone in and out without fuss. Overall this is a highly durable, simple, yet beautiful bag. I can't imagine why anyone got rid of it but I'm glad they did!
