Cooper Truck Center is a joke. The service department will just keep replacing parts until they finally give up. You will end up with a huge bill and no working truck. DO NOT!! I repeat, DO NOT!!! Take your truck here for service. They have the most incompetent service department I've ever seen in trucking. Couldn't even write up a proper estimate. I wound up having my truck towed to a local repair shop for better service. The parts department is fine but the service department is a complete waste of time. $5300 estimate to swap out a radiator. Female counterpart corrected the estimate, kept the truck a day and a half called right before closing and said they couldn't do the repair at all because there was traces of oil in the coolant and liability. A Freightliner Dealer. If they can't put on a radiator then who can, no other options just we can't do it, we can give you some numbers to some local shops.
