However, I had heard great things about The Dog House Inc. and decided to give them a chance--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, their team was kind, understanding, and professional. Kai came home happy, healthy, and just like himself, which was such a relief. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service is also amazing. We recently had a death in the family and had to leave the state last minute. When we called, they fit us in the same day without hesitation. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

I regret having left her there. When I came back, the lady told me, my baby screamed while she brushed her ears. I brush my baby everyday, never has she screamed. She said, yes she's a screamer, some dogs are just like that. This was not my puppy's first grooming experience. The other groomer told me she did great. I was very disappointed, when we picked her up, she didn't even smell good/clean. She loves everyone, but she almost jumped out of the lady's arms, when she saw me and my husband. When I held her, she put her little head into my neck and cried. She's 6 1/2 months old. I hope this hasn't turned her off on grooming! I will go back to Nancy Crane for her future grooming. They're much cleaner, and $10 cheaper in price. For the groomer/owner here; You may want to familiarize yourself with the poodle clips by doing some online research or go to the library. When you're not busy such as when we picked her up, instead of sitting in the back eating popcorn and watching tv, maybe you should try doing some scrubbing. I noticed two crates under the table, by your tv, that looked very nasty. I was hoping the one you had my puppy in was better shape.

Some groomers specialize in one type of dog verses another, but we have had both short haired larger dogs and fast growing hair with small dogs, and I can confidently say that they all receive the best quality treatments for their hair type. Two of my dogs have had anxiety and they work so patiently with them and always treat them with the utmost kindness. She made sure she did the best job possible when grooming our cat and dog. She made them as comfortable as possible and seriously groomed our cat so fast she didn't even have time to get antsy.
