AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PLACE! Went in to help my brother with his car and the amount of damage and lost goods should be criminal!!! This place has been nothing but a horrible experience from the get-go! We noticed that all our CD's were smashed into pieces, the car decor all broken (some missing), the registration missing, oil smears all over my car and goods. All the food that was previously in my car was now smashed and trashed inside my trunk like some dumpster. Collectable items were also missing, as well as glasses, chargers, etc. I am so extremely disappointed and disgusted that this type of business runs on trashing and "losing" their customers belongings. Even my license plate cover was bent and damaged!! This is RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF UR INSURANCE IS AFFILIATED WITH THIS SHOP. Won an auction here through a abetterbid. The entire process was painless. Then again most of the communication was done thorough email and not in person with both abetterbid and this copart branch. I never set foot in the place. The car was delivered to me in overall decent shape for a salvage car. Probably not the best place to sell your car at judging by the other reviews. But worth it for bidding on salvage cars. Mind you, the process for registering salvage cars has changed substantially this year in california due to new safety regulations. I personally don't recommend californians to bid on salvage cars. DMV aren't just checking brake and lamp now, but also every nook and cranny of the car. It's so strict now, most cars on the road probably wouldn't pass it. But this is a good option for out of state bidders looking for a bargain car. read more

I went through insurance for an accident, and had the unfortunate result of having my insurance company bring my car here to be evaluated. It was deemed a total loss after 3 days on their lot, fine. But, despite having my claims officer communicate to them on multiple occasions that i would be keeping the car on a salvage title and to tow it to my personal mechanic, it took almost 2 weeks before the car was actually moved. Upon arrival at my mechanic, I went in to discuss the work i wanted done and to pull a few items from my car, only to find out that Copart had dug through and destroyed my personal items, covered my interior in oil stains, dumped any and all trash that remained in the car into the trunk (letting any food literally ROT and MOLD for the 2 weeks that they kept it), and had over a dozen items missing. The next day i went in to speak with the Copart associates, who were contradicting each other left right and center. First woman told me no one there touches anything in the car, period, and that my mechanics were the ones who did it and were the reason it took 2 weeks to get over there ((it was, in fact, not my mechanics. Check out Scotty's Automotive on Plumber Way in Roseville; fantastic service AND people)), But then the second lady came over, admitted they had pulled everything from the car and put it into the trunk, and that they were showing my car to prospective buyers for 2 weeks TO SELL IT! Despite being told it was being returned to me on salvage! They continued with major attitude, eye rolls, and all the above. They finally said that, and i quote, *"go talk to your insurance. we wont help you, we never touched anything in the car"* doubling back on what they had just said. They walked away while i was still speaking, and so i left. If any of you copart employees or managers are reading this, ((which i know you dont, having read all the other reviews myself)) if my insurance cant reimburse me for your borderline criminal behavior and actions, consider yourselves warned. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. I've came here plenty of times and always see people arguing with the employs in the front counter, now I know why. I came to see a vehicle that is a "Run & Drive" and says it has the keys as well. When I was took out to the yard the vehicle did not had the keys as they normally do. So I went back to the counter because sometimes they have the keys up front. The person checked and they did not have them up front. So I asked Lynda (front counter) why don't they update the car information online from saying says the keys are available to there are no keys. The woman replied with we will once someone brings it to our attention. I had just brought it to your attention what do you mean by someone. Absolutely worst experience When we arrived they said we need to sign in using QR code on door and go wait in car. We signed in and then waited in our car it said 12 min wait time. After bout 15 min we checked again and it said 30. We kept checking back and times would change all over the place. We finally walked back in and they said there is nothing they can do. Time said 28 min again the two employees sitting at desks said the time changes all the time and to bad so we went back out to our car. They did not care. Wow this blows me away on how this place is still in business!!! Here goes another negative star review on this joke as a business. This place needs to get shut down for the service they provide. Now they might be doing other shady things but I'm just commenting on their service. In short THEY HAVE NON! And you should make the drive to the other Copart in the area. I was told my motorcycle would be delivered within 48 hours it's now a week later and I am being told it will be delivered today or tomorrow. But they are not sure when. They are quick to pick something up if it will be if it them and they can make some money. But if it doesn't make them any money you can kiss any reliable service goodbye. read more

I tried to sell my car through peddle.com. They use this location as their carrier for pick up. They gave me a 9 hour window for them to come pick up my car, from 8am-5pm (already frustrating). So my boyfriend and I took the day off work to be at home and wait. Around 130pm I called for an update, was blown off and just told we were still on their pick up list for the day but no update on the time. Called again at 430 more frustrated because it had been 8.5 hours and they hadn't given a single update, I was told by the rude customer service lady that she doesn't make their schedule and put me on hold to talk to their dispatcher. She comes back on and says dispatch is going to call me back. Over an hour later and still no response, now they are closed for the day. I waited for almost 10 hours today for them to no show the appointment time they set, zero communication, rude customer service, absolute to regard for customers or their time. I canceled my offer through peddle.com as well because I don't trust a company that would be in business with this location or this company. Stay away! read more

I came there for 4 days to preview a vehicle. It total spent more than 7 hours of waiting and no progress. They always say that the wait time is 10-15 min, BULL SHIT! There always some problems with previewing a vehicle. It's either someone is on lunch or no-one wants to bring your vehicle out. Terrible place! Would not recommend. read more

The woman "helping" me had a fat attitude and refused to give me the keys because it's insured under a name that isn't mine. Even though it is registered TO ME. They are a bunch of liars. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this location 2/3 of them I've had issues. The vehicle was previously purchased and the sell fell through. On my most recent purchase the car was damaged by one of their forklift operators there was a issue with the title in the system. I overheard the manager explain why the title had already been completed. When the lady came back she said she didn't know why it was re-listed. You're in the business of selling millions in vehicles and you're lying to people about the condition and circumstances of the sale. read more

Stay clear! I would give no stars if I could! I have a insurance claim for a total loss from my insurance. They call me and schedule pick up for Thursday no problem. The pick up day comes with a ridiculous all day window 8am-5pm. No call no show. I have my agent try to call them. On hold 20 min. I call them and get a call back some hour later saying. They were short on drivers. So okay I'm understanding and reschedule for the next Monday morning, and she confirms on the phone with me that the drivers ready to go!.. Wait till noon on Monday with no show. I call and they say they tried to call me and since no answer they didn't come out she also tried to blame bad reception but I had no problem with scheduling with them the first time and I also have never gotten a voicemail. Then they scheduled me to have pickup the next morning if not Monday that afternoon and nothing. My agent calls and they tell her that both times I missed their call and they sent someone out, but since I didn't answer they didn't come get their car. This is where I call horse manure, because I validated my cell number with them. They then proceed to tell my agent they need to submit a form to even try and pick up my car again but they told my agent that it would be picked up tomorrow morning. It's been almost a week now of trying to have my car picked up. I haven't received a check yet cause they are the main reason for holding up the process. read more
