Brian and Doug were the best salespeople I have ever worked with!!! Talk about a man of his word! When Brian stands behind a product, that product does what Brian says it will do! We had looked everywhere for a 2008 Honda Civic to no avail. As we were heading out of Roseville, my Mom noticed this lot with nothing but Honda's and Acura's. We saw a Civic and it wasn't ready to be sold. Brian the owner spoke with me about how he special picked the cars he bought and how his partner and son worked on the cars right there and that they specialized in Honda's and Acura's. I have recently purchased two cars from Brian at Beck's Auto. I feel so fortunate to have found this place. These guys know their cars, and the industry. We have had several cars vetted by Honest Engine (another great business!!) in Roseville. Some passed (and we purchased previously) and others did not. So, I called them to ask about a specific car with extremely high mileage, that was being offered at an attractive price from Beck's. I asked him if I should even take the conversation further with 200K+ already on the odometer. He indicated that is only part of the story. The rest is important as well. When I said it was being fixed up for sale by Beck's Auto, he said "If Brian said it has 100K+ on it still, then it does! You don't need to bring any car that Brian has prepared for sale to me. I'll vouch for it just because it came from there!" With that seal of approval and more research on the actual car, we marched ahead. The list of things Beck's Auto replaced or repaired for BOTH cars to ready for sale is massively impressive!! I noticed that a small imperfection seemed to have arisen from the final clean of the car since I hadn't noticed it previously. Brian quickly said he would get the part and replace it for me free of charge. I could have found the same car, with less mileage, but I wouldn't have trusted it. Driving my 2007 Acura TL S-type brings a ludicrous amount of joy to my life, and purchasing it through Brian was the ONLY way I would take the risk. Looking for a good used car, we first checked on line, went to CarMax, and then over to Beck's which was recommended to my wife and I. We found just the right vehicle at the right price and Brian was so great to work without the pressure to buy. He provided us with a Carfax which was very helpful. We could tell that the shop took great care in prepping it for sale. It was purchased as an "As Is" car. Within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Called Brian and he said, "bring it right back in and let me take a look." He changed out a part and then he tested it for us for about 20 minutes and it ran fine. From there we headed back home and the check engine light came on again. We headed back and Brian had his mechanic take a deeper dive. Bought a 1991 Honda crx si from them (my dream car) and made a six hour drive to purchase right after work. Buying a car here has been the best experience with a purchase ever. It's been a little over a year since I purchased my Tl type S from them and man has that car become an extension of myself! I bought a Honda Insight from them a few years ago and they were upfront on the condition before I came and saw it in person. The price reflected the kind of car I was buying from them so we struck a deal on it. Given the car was fairly old and had 268k miles on it, it ran like a top with 0 issues until I sold it for an upgrade. I daily drove that thing all year around for many years without a hitch. Occasionally they find a nice collector piece so I keep my eyes on their inventory. Pretty often they find low Mileage time capsules that match their collection.
