Serious post-sale issue regarding a Nissan Titan (that we purchased a post sale inspection on as…read morewell) purchased on September 18th and delivered to our store on September 19th following a Post Sale Inspection (PSI) on this specific unit. Upon delivery, our service department identified a faulty dosing valve, and we immediately scheduled service with Nissan. Nissan reprogrammed the dosing valve and returned the vehicle nearly a week later, stating the issue had been resolved. However, on the same day, the check-engine light reappeared. Nissan's follow-up testing determined a #6 injector failure requiring replacement at a cost of approximately $4,000. Nissan further advised that the DEF malfunction and 5 mph speed restriction might persist even after the injector repair, and that the vehicle could additionally require complete catalytic converter replacements estimated at $9,887. Within two weeks of purchase, we contacted your auction regarding these concerns. We were informed that the vehicle was our responsibility and were offered four auction credits. The response we received from the manager (Rich Peyton) at that time was unsympathetic and dismissive of the seriousness of the issue, despite the scale of our partnership. While we understand occasional challenges in post-sale scenarios, the circumstances here, particularly with a vehicle that underwent your PSI, are unacceptable. Given the vehicle's current state and the projected repair costs, we believe this transaction represents a complete breakdown of process and accountability. We are requesting that the vehicle be returned to your auction for unwind/repurchase.

As you can see below my original review, this person again tries to manipulate and lie. He is never…read moreaccountable for anything that he does, but he'll blame you for it with no problem. I've actually been waiting for him to publish this since he threatened to "publish more details (lie)" if I didn't take down my review. That should give you an idea of what kind of person he is. To start, he lies about things he has no idea about. My wife told me that she would try to get the items into her vehicle, but asked if I would go over and help if she couldn't. If she had been allowed to access her goods, I wouldn't have been irritated about having to waste 40 minutes one way, and add 40 minutes to my drive home, because she's my wife and of course I'll go help her. But she wasn't allowed to get the products that she paid for, nor would they get the items for her. I have faith in my wife, and I believe she would have gotten the items in. IF she said what this person alleges, which I doubt, she was just being nice, because she's just a nice person in general. Of course he has no idea what sparked the incident in the first place, but he'll get up in arms about it, especially if hurty words were involved, because he has the thinnest possible skin, something that is consistent with his personality type. I came up and stated my name with no problem, and the woman assisting me started heading downstairs. She said that someone had come to pick them up already, then corrected herself and realized that I had come after my wife called. I said that yes, I had to come because she wasn't allowed inside. I was content to leave it there, but she decided to state that my wife was allowed inside, but my kids weren't, which is a distinction without a difference. No good parent is leaving their child with a stranger at the top of a driveway with a bunch of random people about. On top of this, there was NO mention of children not being allowed in anything sent out. I told her that I thought that was a pretty stupid rule, again content to leave it there. But she had to continue, stating that it was the rule of the person organizing the auction, (the owner of this business, who keeps replying to me), to which I said that was great, I still thought the rule was stupid. So far so good, a quick exchange and again I'm content to leave it there. But no, she has to put the fake-nice voice on and say "Well you can take it up with the person running this if you like." At this point I've been subjected to not only this woman, but a 40 minute drive directly after work when fuel is $6.29 a gallon, not to mention the upcoming now 70 minute drive home because of these people, so I told her "Sure, I'll tell him this woman (expletives deleted) is being very unhelpful." I do not regret cursing. She of course scurried away to get the an authority figure (the owner) because I used naughty words, who decided to put his fake-nice voice on and say "We're SO sorry that you don't like the rules" (basically just trying to rub it in my face) to which I replied with "I don't care what your incredibly stupid opinion is (expletives again deleted). At this point I just wanted to get my things and leave, but I've hurt the owners feelings, so of course he follows me out and says "Have a nice day" with the same fake-nice voice. I told him that I still had one thing to grab, and wouldn't you know it, this man's legs are not broken! He goes and gets the item! Y'know, like he could have for my wife, which would have made it so that we never met. He states that the house is a "job site" (this man has never been near construction. Soft, soft hands) and I tell him my opinion that again, I think it's a stupid rule (might have added an f word before the word rule, can't remember). He says "Alright buddy, get off my job site" to which I reply and tell him where he can stick it, with some expletives and a mention that he looks like the person who played Greed in the movie Seven starring Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman added in. He's butthurt and petty, so he goes after my wife's account and gets her banned from the site. Which is fine, we have family members. Let's be clear, this man has never worked hard a day in his life, so the comment that he works hard to provide anything is something to be laughed at. These are anti-natalist pigs who love petty power, the kind that you wouldn't want to be around ever. So of course, I will give my rating of one star. He apparently also equates words with aggressiveness, which is just sad. I never threatened him or anyone once, so he's also just a plain liar. Do not give this liar a dime of your business. The faster he goes out of business, the better for everyone. Edit: Maybe he thought that after he said "Have a nice day" in his fake-nice voice and I responded with "Don't worry, I still have one more thing to get" that I was somehow threatening him? He's stupid enough for that to be the case. Stupid or a liar; not a good look.
